1、柴油发电机组保养周期表及维修标准1:柴油发电机组保养周期表及维修标准(1) 日常维护(每班工作);(2) 一级技术保养(累计工作100小时或每隔1个月);(3) 二级技术保养(累计工作500小时或每隔6个月);(4) 三级技术保养(累计工作10001500小时或每隔1年)。无论进行任何保养,都应有计划、有步骤地进行拆检和安装,并合理的使用工具,用力要适当,解体后各零部件表面应保持清洁,并涂上防锈油或油脂以防止生锈;注意可拆零件的相对位置,不可拆零件的结构特点,以及装配间隙和调整方法。同时应保持柴油机及附件的清洁完整。一、日常维护序号保养项目1检查燃油箱油量2检查油底壳中机油平面3检查喷油泵调速
