18、5%范围以内。片石用人工摆放，均匀布置。、采用插入式50型振动棒进行振捣，碎振捣密实，振捣过程中快插慢抽。无漏振，无蜂 窝麻面等。、碎浇筑完成后及时养护，防止由于内外温差过大而产生碎收缩开裂。、在片石碎浇筑过程中，现场取样制作碎试件，标准养护28d后送中心试验室检测。3、墙身浇筑、放挡墙浇筑边线基础浇筑完成后，根据设计图及现场高程放出挡墙浇筑边线。、模板安装.、模板采用5mm钢模板，禁止使用有缺角、破损的模板。、保证混凝土结构和构件各部分设计形状尺寸和相互间位置正确；、具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性，能承受新浇筑混凝土的重力侧压力及施工中可能产 生的各项负荷。、模板的接缝不得漏浆；模板与碎的接触

19、面应清理干净并涂刷脱膜剂，但不得影响模板 结构性能。模板使用后应按规定修整保存。、模板采用48*3.5mm钢管作横带、立带，横、立带间距根据挡墙宽度而定（后附挡墙 模板支架计算书），模板外侧用可调顶撑支在基槽边坡上，支撑间距 90cm。模板分片拼装, 按沉降缝位置分段拼装，每段拼完后，四边挂线调整模板直顺度，符合质量要求后固定。为保证模内宽度，在模板内设置与涵身厚度一致的木撑作内撑，模板上口加对撑顶牢。、浇筑碎、混凝土浇筑前应做好如下准备工作：a）、制定浇筑工艺，明确结构分段分块（5m）的间隔浇筑顺序（尽量减少后浇带或连接缝） 浇筑高度控制在3.6m。b）、根据结构截面尺寸大小研究确定必要的防

31、不得大于15c。d）、在浇筑混凝土过程中或浇筑完成时，如混凝土表面泌水较多，须在不扰动已浇筑混凝 土的条件下，采取措施减少泌水。e）、浇筑混凝土期间，应设专人检查模板稳定情况，发现有松动、变形、移位时应及时处 理。f）、自高处向模板内倾卸混凝土时，为防止混凝土离析，一般应满足下列要求：从高处直接倾卸时，混凝土倾落高度不宜超过 2m。（4）、混凝土振捣、混凝土浇筑过程中，应随时对混凝土进行振捣并使其均匀密实，振捣宜采用插入式振捣器垂直点振。、混凝土振捣过程中，应避免重复振捣，防止过振。应加强检查模板支撑的稳定性和接缝的密合情况，防止在振捣混凝土过程中产生漏浆。、采用机械振捣混凝土时，应符合下列规

32、定：a）、采用插入式振捣器振捣混凝土时，插入式振捣器的移动间距不宜大于振捣器作用半径的1.5倍，且插入下层混凝土内的深度宜为 50100mm,与侧模应保持50100mm的距离 b）、当振捣完毕需要变换振捣棒在混凝土拌和物中的水平位置时，应边振动边竖向缓慢提 出振动棒，不得将振动棒放在拌和物内平拖，不得用振动棒驱赶混凝土。c）、表面振动器的移动距离应能覆盖已振动部分的边缘。d）、应避免碰撞模板、钢筋及其他预埋件。e）、每一振点的振捣延续时间宜为 2030s,以混凝土不再沉落、不出现气泡、表面呈现浮 浆为度，防止过振、漏振。f）、混凝土振捣完成后，应及时修整、抹平混凝土裸露面。抹面时严禁洒水，并应

46、片石混凝 土墙体的质量。、墙背回填按20cm一层分层填筑夯实。、墙身于地面以上部分，每隔 1.5m-2m上、下、左、右交错设置泄水孔。应严格控制泄 水孔位置，保证其位置准确，横平竖直。孔内预埋110mmPVC管伸入墙背10cm,端部20cm处用土工布包裹。最底排泄水孔的底部应高出地面30cm,并在进口处设置土工布。同时施工过程中严格控制泄水孔 4%的流水坡度，并保证泄水孔向外排水顺畅。、挡墙沿墙身方向结合墙高每隔10m设一道伸缩缝，缝宽2-3cm。6、片石混凝土养护、混凝土养护期间，应重点加强混凝土的湿度和温度控制，及时对混凝土暴露面进行洒 水养护，并保持暴露面持续湿润，直至混凝土终凝为止。、
