1、PEP小学英语四年级上册教学计划教材分析:    本教材的教学目标是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心;培养学生装一定的语感和良好的语音、语调,书写基础,以及良好的学习习惯;使他们形成初步用英语进行简单交流的能力,同时,培养学生的观察、记忆、思维和创造的能力。    1、强调语言运用本教材吸收了交际教学思想,注重学生语言应用能力的培养。在整体构思、内容安排、活动设计和教学方法选用等方面都紧密联系学生的生活实际,体现语言的交际功能,把话题-功能-结构-任务结合起来,并根据学生的年龄特点,

2、采用“全部动作反应法”让学生在有节奏的说唱中体验语言。    2、注重能力培养本教材在内容安排、活动设计和学习评价上都贯穿“学会学习”的主题。十分注重培养学生自主学习和独立运用所学语言去做事情的能力。    3、突出兴趣出发本教材从内容、形式、方法、插图及装帧设计等方面都以最大限度地激发学生的学习动机和兴趣。教学内容紧密联系学生装生活与实际。选择话题充分考虑小学生的需求。    4、重视双向交流本教材重视双向交流,中西方文化知识的渗透,在教学内容中选编了一些适合学生年龄特点和认知能力的中西方文化知识。&#

3、160;   5、本教材十分重视在学习内容上与其他学科知识的兼容闭并蓄,精选学生最需要了解的最感兴趣的,最易学会的,最有普及价值的,与学生日常生活联系最紧密的学科知识内容融入语言材料之中。本教材采用了“教案式”的编排体系。每册书共和8个单元,其中 2个复习单元。每单元分ABC三个部分,共10页。    一、学生情况分析    四年级的学生已经接受了一年的英语学习,掌握了一定量的英语词汇和基础的英语会话。故本学期将进一步培养其英语学习的兴趣与运用英语的基本技能。在词汇教学和会话教学的基础上,扎实进行字母的四会教学。&

4、#160;   二、教学目标与要求    1、能听懂、会说12组会话,并能进行简单的交流。    2、能听、说、认读66个单词和听、说、读、写26个字母并且能听、说、读写36个单词。    3、能听、做、演18个游戏。    4、能听、做7个“TPR”活动。    5、以学会2个制作。    6、能唱8首歌曲。    7、能听、说、唱8首歌谣。  

5、  8、以完成6个自我评价活动。    9、能听懂6个幽默故事。   10、能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。    三、教学方法    1、会话教学 本册会话教学部分均设计在各种真实自然的情景之中,并以连环画的形式出现。其目的在于分散教学难点,循序渐进,便于表演。三年级学生的特征就是爱玩,了表现自己。因此,用表演和游戏的形式来进行交流,学习语言,运用语言是最恰当的。尽量做到:融会话教学于情景表演之中,让学生装在表演中练,在交际活动中用。    2

6、、词汇教学 本册书中的单词都是围绕话题集中归类出现的。巧用实物和卡片,在兴奋刺激的游戏中让学生学会单词。将单词的教学融于会话教学之中。充分发挥“TPR”的优势,动作与节奏相结合。    3、字母教学 字母是本册书的重点教学内容之一。26个字母是英语学习的基础,学好26个字母对学生装以后的发音、拼读和记忆是单词都起着至关重要的作用。本册书中前三个单元每单元出现6至10个字母,每个字母都配有三个以上该字母为首字母的例词,供学生在听说例词的过程中逐步了解字母在单词中的发音。在教学时采用填字母、画图和找字母等方法进行趣味操练。 内 容 周 次课 时Unit1 m

8、性差,记忆力差,家长不够重视其学习,更重要的是学生不足龄的比较多等等综合因素。这部分学生大多有共同的特点,主要表现为:(一).自卑感强。学困生由于各方面较差,受到批评较多,进而产生自暴自弃心理,日积月累,他们对英语学习以渐渐失去兴趣,因为他们无法体会到成功的喜悦。(二)、作业完成得较差,怕受批评又学会了撒谎,上课发言也不积极。怎样改变学困生这种怕学、厌学的状况呢?由于学困生形成原因的不同,在学困生转化过程中,应该有意识地根据不同的情况采取多种方法进行教育,不断优化育人环境和条件,改进教学方法。实施方法:一、师帮生教师在学困生转化工作中起者“导”和“演”的双重作用。苏霍姆林斯基说过:“教育才能的

9、基础在于深信有可能成功地教育每个儿童,我不相信有不可救药的儿童、少年或男女青年。”每一位教师都应深信这一点。1、抓重点。一位英语教师担任多个班英语教学的现状在近几年无法改变,一个英语教师要担任二三十个学困生的转化工作,实际操作起来真的很困难。因此,应抓住重点,先帮助那些在短时间内容易转化过来的学生,然后再帮助其他的学生。2、扬优点。美国心理学家威谱.詹姆斯有句名言:“人性最深刻的原则就是希望别人对自己加以赏识”。表面上,学困生表现出一副无所谓的态度,其实,他们比其他学生更渴望得到老师的表扬。我们可以从这一点入手,让他们的闪光点全部展现出来,并适时表扬,让他们对自己有信心。3、补弱点。每一个学困

10、生的情况各不一样,有的是因为智力问题,多次的失败使他们对自己失去信心;有的是非智力问题,只是习惯较差,自觉性不强;还有的是因为家庭问题教师可针对具体情况,对症下药。由于我任课多、带班多的特点,接触学生的时间是少之又少,这里主要讲讲如何发动学生的力量,帮助语教师作好学困生的转化工作。二、生帮生1、师徒结对首先把优生和学困生的名字罗列出来,让他们自由进行师徒结对,并定好激励制度。2、制定计划接着就是制定计划,如一星期或一个月内,师徒共同的目标是什么?具体的做法什么?都一条一条写下来,每天去看一看,是否做到,做到的在相应栏中打。如果达到共同目标的师徒,优进生品德为优+,学困生平时考查等第进一个等级,

11、同时期末评奖优先考虑。具体实施措施: 1、思想上树立他们的自信心,发现闪光点,创造成功的机会对学习有困难的同学,要积极引导他们参加教学活动,多鼓励他们。就算是一句简单的话语:“你的字很漂亮”、“你坐得很好,老师喜欢你”也能加强师生间的情感沟通。师生之间应在合作、平等的基础上建立起互信融洽的师生关系。这样才能促进学生学业的进步和思想的转化。树立他们的自信心。多问他们简单的问题,让他们有机会体会成功的喜悦。2、待中下生要有爱心了解中下生,理解他们尊重爱护他们。在课堂上优先对待他们,不要总把目光停留于优等生。要心里时刻装着中下生,时时处处为他们着想。如面对调皮掏蛋的学生时,教师在有涵养,不要急躁冲动

12、,要机智地巧妙化的让问题留待静以后再想办法妥善处理。3、教给中下生学习方法三年级的新知识内容虽然不多。中下生普遍存在基础不扎实的情况。从简单的、他们有能力接受的方法去做。例如:自我复习一、二册的单词并进行归纳,定时到老师处进行信息反馈,检查复习效果,及时在班里表扬鼓励。亦可求助于录音机、成绩好的同学或老师。4、在学习的过程中提高中下生的学习兴趣帮老师做做小事、抄抄写写,帮老师把卡片涂色。叫他们做,从侧面说明老师重视他们,看得起他们,没有遗弃他们。他们的心里总会有小小感激。正所谓“亲其师,而信其道吧!”在谈心、交往的过程中,要把学生学习英语兴趣吸引过来,可进行英语知识方面的交谈,用行动去证明你作

13、为老师的是从心里面想他们学好。5、与家长多联系、齐抓共管充分发挥家长学校的管理作用,与家长多联系齐抓共管,促其进步。6、给中下生特别帮助a、一帮一b、担任小老师c、课后辅导 7、持之以恒,巩固习惯学困生的转化不可能一蹴而就,一般要经历醒悟、转变、反复、稳定四个阶段。因此,在转化过程中,学困生故态复萌,出现多次反复,是一种正常现象。对这项十分艰苦的工作,必须遵循教育规律,“反复抓,抓反复”,因势利导,使学困生保持不断前进的势头。 “十年树木,百年树人”,我相信在学困生的转化过程中,只要遵循教育规律,了解学生心理,从他们的年龄特点出发,持之以恒,就一定会有所收获。Unit 1 My classro

15、要求1、 能听懂、会说,会用每一课会话。2、 掌握本单元出现的生词,词组和字母。3、 会唱本单元的歌曲。三、教学重点和难点1、 对于较长的单词如classroom, classmate, computer的掌握以及对于第一次出现的词组和短语如have a look, good job的掌握。 2、 对于礼貌用语“Thank you , Excuse me, After you”的掌握与应用。3、 描述教室中所有物件,并能据此编出对话。四、教学时间本单元共6课时,每周3课时,2周完成。Lesson 1 电教1 / 11. Listen to the tape. 教学反思:本课运用多样化教学手段,调动学生的学习积极性。例如:根据小学爱猜爱动的年龄特点和心理特征,我在教授单词采用实物、图画,在几张图片外画简笔画拼出接下的单词,以及要求学生根据

23、我英语表达和动作猜测单词等等,调动学生的积极性。从整体而言,我觉得本课的设计和实施是符合小学英语新课程标准的,学生较成功地完成了学习的任务。学生通过学习,懂得教室器具的英语表达,培养学生爱老师、爱集体、爱学校的思想情感。但本节课也存在不足之处,时间的把握不好,节奏不够快,在感觉时间不足时又没有及时地调整教学进度,觉得有遗憾。以后再上这节课,我会加快上课的节奏,多设计一些有趣的但是时间较短的练习游戏来增加学生学习兴趣,帮助学困生培养英语学习的兴趣,并且检验学生的掌握程度。 Lesson 2 电教2 / 21.Teaching AimsLet the students recognize and
