11、stand, need小班化教学研究实施方案郎家营小学一、课题提出意义与研究价值实施“小班化教学”是素质教育的需要,素质教育的内涵有三大要义:第一是面向全体学生,第二是要全面发展,第三是让学生主动发展。“小班化教学”尊重每个学生的个性,挖掘每个学生的潜能,让每个学生在原有的基础上实现最大的发展,为每一位学生平等充分的使用显性的教育资源和享受隐性教育资源提供保障。实施“小班化教学”是实施新课程改革的现实需要。课程改革的具体目标是要改变“六个过于”,其中之一就是改变“过于强调接受学习,死记硬背,机械训练的现状”。 “逐步实现教材内容的呈现方式, 学生的学习方式,教师的教学方式和师生互动方式的转变。

26、教育改革新的探索热点。二、课题研究的理论支撑1 .教育均等的理念教育均等是指社会中的任何成员都享有均等参与学习和受教育的权利。义务教育作为法定教育,更要体现教育均等的思想。小班化教学为每一个学生的充分发展,为他们在课堂上动脑、动口、动手提供了更为广阔的空间, “把课堂还给学生, 让课堂充满活力”, 使 “教育好每一个学生”目标的实施得到更有力的保证。教育均等的理念无疑是小班化教学的理论支撑之一。2 .以人为本的理念学生是有能动性的、有学习愿望的、有实践能力。以人为本的教育强调以学生为本位,以为学生的可持续发展奠定基础为目标,在传授知识、技能的同时,更注重学生思维的参与与内驱力的调动。建立在现代

Person in nee d ofcare,y ou needtounderstand, need人格、 兴趣爱好等方面均存在着差异的活生生的人,因此必须针对每个学生的特点施行切合实际的教育,使每一个体在各自原有的基础上得到不同程度的发展与提高。小班化教学与传统的大班授课制相比,教师的“照顾面”明显扩大,可以实现真正意义上的个别化教育,同时也需要教师更全面深入地了解学生的个性差异,在尊重学生主体选择基础上,努力实现全员全程分类教学,在教学设计、课堂教学过程、作业批改、教学评价等各环节实施因材施教。小班化教

41、学必须遵循因材施教这一教学原则。三、概念的界定1 .小班:是教育组织形式的一种空间形式,是指较少学额数下的教学班。不同国家,不同地区,不同时期的学额数有不同的界说。按当代发达国家小班教育的班级学额配置和我国的具体情况,我们认为班级学额数为20-30左右为宜。2 .小班教学:教育活动的组织方式。即在学生较少的班级中,开展教育教学活动的组织方式。3 .小班化教学:在一定教育价值论支配下实施“小班教学”的一个动态演变的过程。即在“小班”教育配置条件下,利用先进的教育理念, 追求每一个学生充分发展的教育形式。小班教学的内在属性和特质逐渐形成和发展的过程;在一定范围内推行“小班教学”的过程。 小班化教学
