41、学必须遵循因材施教这一教学原则。三、概念的界定1 .小班：是教育组织形式的一种空间形式，是指较少学额数下的教学班。不同国家，不同地区，不同时期的学额数有不同的界说。按当代发达国家小班教育的班级学额配置和我国的具体情况，我们认为班级学额数为20-30左右为宜。2 .小班教学：教育活动的组织方式。即在学生较少的班级中，开展教育教学活动的组织方式。3 .小班化教学：在一定教育价值论支配下实施“小班教学”的一个动态演变的过程。即在“小班”教育配置条件下，利用先进的教育理念， 追求每一个学生充分发展的教育形式。小班教学的内在属性和特质逐渐形成和发展的过程；在一定范围内推行“小班教学”的过程。 小班化教学
