6、60; 项目内容介绍随着经济发展和人口增长，世界能源消耗不断增加，而能源供应日趋紧张，对于广大发展中国家而言，高能耗的产业在国民经济中仍占有较大比重，制定完善的能源政策、规范能源发展是非常重要的。中国根据本国资源现状，结合经济结构的特点，制定了有中国特色的能源政策，在能源基础设施建设、能源勘探生产、能源利用、环境污染控制和利用海外能源等方面取得了较大的成就，建立能源安全的预警机制、能源储备机制和能源危机应急机制等，同时在提高能效、寻求清洁能源和可再生能源等领域进行了积极的探索，积累了丰富的经验，能够为发展中国家提供良好的借鉴，帮助受援国完善能源规划，提高能源利用率，推动各国能源、环境和经济的可

25、y. To many developing countries, industries featuring high energy-cost still find a considerable proportion of their overall national economy. In view of this, it is of paramount importance to formulate complete energy policies and to regulate energy development. Given the actual condition of its en

26、ergy as well as the features of its economic structure, China has put forward the energy policies with Chinese characteristics. Meanwhile, China has witnessed great achievements in the fields of energy infrastructure construction, energy exploration and generation, energy utility, environmental prot

27、ection, and overseas energy utility. In addition, the early warning mechanism of energy safety, energy reserve mechanism, and emergency management mechanism of energy crisis have been set up. Substantial study and exploration have been carried out in the field of energy efficiency improvement, clean
