2、愿意加入建设银行,愿意为建行的明天贡献自身的一份力量。如果能够加入建行,我定会努力工作。自我介绍各位老师,你们好:今天能够在这里下午参加面试,有机会向老师们请教和学习,我感到非常荣幸,同时通过这次面试也可以把我自己展现给大家。我是这次面试的第*号考生,*,2012年7月,我毕业于电子科技大学大法学专业,在大学的学习生活里,我学习了法学,管理学、中文的知识。研究生期间表现优秀,多次获得奖学金,发表论文数篇,曾有一篇是在国家核心期刊上以英文发表的。2008年至2010年间,曾多次参与社会实践,包括实习语文教师,助理员和法院书记员的工作。在这个期间,在将自己所学知识用于实践的同时,提高了与人沟通的能
3、力,同时培养了良好的服务的意识。我性格开朗为人坦率,具有有责任感。同时我态度严谨、认真。银行的工作通常比较琐碎,我的优点是能够把琐碎的事情专心致志的做好。在做实习教师的期间,我每天都备课讲课、帮助学生答疑解问,查学生的自习情况和就寝情况,这些事情虽然每天都在重复,但是我依然做的很认真。我相信凭着我认真的态度,定会做好银行的工作。(1) 你的缺点是什麽?我的缺点是与人接触的时候没有芥蒂,往往太容易相信别人,但是我觉得这也更容易让别人觉得我真诚。还有就是说话比较直接,容易得罪朋友,但是说的都是实话,所以平常朋友们不会太过在意反而喜欢和我在一起。(尽量说一些无伤大雅的小问题,甚至把缺点变成优点)(2
4、)你的俄座右铭是什麽?我的座右铭是:只为成功找条件,不为失败找借口。因为人往往害怕失败,我们要善于在失败中寻找成功的条件,而不是一味的推卸责任。(不要太抽象的座右铭,也不要太偏激,解释可以扩展一下。)(3)你最最崇拜的人是谁?是我的母亲。我的母亲是一个勤劳朴实的工人,母亲对我和姐姐的期望很高,并且一直无怨无悔的付出。在我读高中的时候,父亲失业,姐姐当时在上大学,母亲一个人供2个孩子上学,很不容易,可想而知,母亲付出了多大的艰辛和努力,并且要很大的毅力。(只要是你崇拜的人都可以说,最好能够与你应聘的工作的某种精神符合)(4)你认为自己有什麽有点?(我们为什麽要录用你?)以下给出两种答案,任选其一
5、或者综合起来回答都可。答案一:我不认为自己有特别突出的优点,在上学的期间最重要的收获是在做事上体现一个“勤”字,做处事上体现一个“真”字。做事上我恪守“勤”的原则,不讲条件和待遇;处事上体现“真”字,真诚的待人接物,说真话,做实事。以上两点我认为非常重要,而且这两点已经扩充到我对待生活的各个方面。(最好加上:我认为银行最需要的就是求真务实的态度,等等。)答案二:首先,我的在上学期间培养了与人沟通的能力和良好的服务意识。其次,我态度严谨、认真,能够细致的完成琐碎的事情。第三,我有责任感,上进心,我的座右铭是:只为成功找条件,不为失败找借口。以上3点我认为对银行的工作很重要,是我的优势所在。1.
