36、山路、立信路上通 行的主要是邻近建筑工地的施工车辆，社会车辆较少。根据工程施工需要，经无锡市交管部门批准，本工程施工围 蔽 分 阶 段 进 行 。 第 一 阶 段 为 2009 年 3 月 2010 年 1 月 对 观 山 路 、 立信路、立德路进行全封闭，除施工车辆外，严禁社会车辆进入 施 工 场 区 ； 第 二 阶 段 为 2010 年 1 月 2011 年 9 月 维 持 观 山 路 、 立 信路封闭，恢复立德路交通。四、临时设施布置1、 临 时 设 施 布 置办公和生活区临时设施搭建在车站西北角绿城物业用地范围 内 ， 出 入 口 设 在 立 信 大 道 侧 。 生 产 区 沿 基 坑
