12、防护要求明确,技术合理和经济适用,保证施工过程中人员的安全,确保本项目部安全目标的顺利实现,制订本方案。三、工程概况项目位于西安楼观中国道文化展示区内,北距规划路温泉路240 米,东至规划路太极路,西至规划路太极路向西280 米,南至前东明村南,项目用地起伏较大,西高东低,南高北低,规划路闻仙大道途经景区,自然的将景区分为南北两个区域,西侧与唐代七层楼阁式砖塔大秦寺塔遥遥相望。化女泉因庙前二古泉而得名,古泉口径60 厘米, 深约 3 米, 泉水清纯甘冽,爽心沁脾。四季常盈,从不枯竭,当地人视为神泉。本工程为西安楼观中国道文化展示区化女泉景区庙区项目,包括大殿和偏殿以及品泉阁,结构形式采用钢框架

20、构中心半径为16.604 米 ,其他层的外柱至结构中心半径随着高度增加依次缩小,屋顶层外柱至结构中心半径为6.664 米。品泉阁含约3000 个斗拱构件,钢结构总重约650 吨。四、高空坠落事故的防范措施由于进入了多雨季节,钢结构、脚手架湿滑,工人高空作业时容易滑倒,易发高空坠落事故,高空坠落要作为重点预防。必须做到以下几点:1 、切实控制人员素质达到上岗要求;2、组织新老工人学习现场安全生产管理制度;3、编制项目的施工组织设计和安全技术措施;4、对上级部门提出的防范措施进行实施。5、加强施工人员的安全教育虽然工地生产任务紧,工地条件限制,在工地上开展经常性的安全教育会有一些实际困难。项目部将

35、18 岁,经体格检查合格后方可从事高空作业。凡患有高血压、低血压、心脏病、癫痫病、精神病和其它不适于高空作业的人,禁止登高作业。3、距地面二公尺以上,工作斜面坡度大于45 °,工作地面没有平稳的立脚地方或有震动的地方,应视为高空作业。4、防护用品要穿戴整齐,裤角要扎住,戴好安全帽,不准穿光滑的硬底鞋。要有足够强度的安全带,并应将绳子牢系在坚固的建筑结构件上或金属结构架上,不准系在活动物件上。5、登高前,施工负责人应对全体人员进行现场安全教育。6、检查所用的登高工具和安全用具(如安全帽、安全带、梯子、跳板、脚手架、防护板、安全网)必须安全可靠,严禁冒险作业。7、高空作业区地面要划出禁区

43、、另星材料、另部件等一切易坠落物件清理干净,以防落下伤人,上下大型另件时,应采用可靠的起吊机具。10 、要处处注意危险标志和危险地方。夜间作业,必须设置足够的照明设施,否则禁止施工。11 、严禁上下同时垂直作业。若特殊情况必须垂直作业,应经有关领导批准,并在上下两层间设备专用的防护棚或者其他隔离设施。12 、严禁坐在高空无遮栏处休息,防止坠落。13 、吊车等各种升降设备严禁上下载人。14 、在檩条屋面工作时,一定要系好安全带,防止从陡峭屋面滑落。15 、不论任何情况,不得在屋脊上工作或通行。16 、脚手架的负荷量、每平方公尺不能超过270 公斤,如负荷量必须加大,架子应适当加固。17 、超过

51、必须牢固。六、预防高处坠落的安全技术措施1、 “三宝”防护措施安全帽、安全带、安全网在工程施工中,挽救了无数的生命,它被广大职工认为是安全“三宝”。因此,项目严格要求,进入施工现场人员应做到:1.1 进入施工现场的职工要戴安全帽;1.2 高空作业人员须系安全带;1.3 高处作业点的下方必须设安全网。2、临边作业防护临边的防护拦、铺板必须按照要求设置牢固,并在危险区域设置明显的警示标志。3、架子把住10 道关脚手架在工程施工中是一项不可缺少的重要工具,万一脚手架发生故障,往往会造成多人重大伤亡事故。因此, 为保证施工中架子的安全,项目部对各种脚手架必须认真把好以下10 道关。3.1 材质关:严格
