27、ng LaWS and JUriSdiCtiOn and Settlement Of DiSPUteSThiS MOU is Iegany binding to the Parties.本MOU对各方有法律约束力。ThiS MOU Shail be governed and COnStnlCd in accordance to the IaWS Of Peoples RCPUbliC Of China 本MOU受中华人民共和国法律管辖。The PartiCS Shall USe their best efforts to enter into friendly negotiation and

28、SettlCmCnt amicably Of any dispute, COntrOVerSy Or Claim arising OUt Of this MOU (the “Dispute”) Within SiXty (60) days J from the date that OnC Party Sending requests for SUCh a negotiation. If the PartieS amicably SettIed the DiSPUte by themselves, they Shail enter into a SCttlCment agreement in W

29、riting and to be duly executed by the Parties. If the PartiCS genuinely attempted negotiation but failed to reach any SettICment terms, either Party may Subinit the DiSPute for arbitration as StatCd herein below.各方应在一方发出耍求协商的请求之日起60日内，尽各方最大努力进行友好协商和 解决因本MOU引起的任何纠纷、异议或索赔(“争议”)。如各方口行友善解决争 议，各方应签订书面的解决
