(3) First satisfies in the cement production process raw material drying to the afterheat demand, next is the recycling surplus afterheat maximum limit.余热锅炉随窑启动及与窑相互影响的探讨摘要:余热锅炉一般是待窑启动后再启动,也可以随窑一起启动。但后者仍处于探索阶段。本文根据公司5000td生产线余热发电系统的生产经验,探讨余热锅炉随窑启动及与窑的相互影响。1. 锅炉随窑启动(1)AQC炉可随头排风机启动而启动时,锅炉进出口挡板全开,旁路挡板全关,篦冷机风量全部经过AQC炉,此时风温约50,上升速率小于80min,可满足AQC炉升温的需要,待达到并汽条件时可并入系统。篦冷机风量和风压可以用头排风机入口挡板进行调整。但此时电除尘器入口风温低,对电除尘器有一定影响。(2)SP炉随窑点火而同时启动时,需改变传统的启动方法。通常启动时烟气通过预热器顶部排入大气,这样既不经济,也不环保。窑点火到投料需要较长时间,可以充分利用窑升温时间,对SP炉进行预热升温。点火前启动窑尾排尘风机,烟气经过预热器、余热锅炉、增湿塔、窑尾排尘风机进入袋除尘器,通过烟囱排入大气。这种方式对窑的影响主要有:a.必须控制预热器出口压力为零,否则会造成窑头火焰后移,预热器出口温度高,油耗增大;b.高温风机蜗壳可能会由于风速低而积灰;c.袋除尘器因为烟气温度低造成结露;d.尾部灰粒细,流动性差,温度低时易造成系统堵塞;e.启动时需启动尾排风机,耗电大;f.控制不当,造成投料时间延长。2. 余热锅炉与窑的相互影响(1)AQC炉投入后会造成除尘器入口温度低、负压大和头排风机电流大,应及时调整入口挡板,保持窑头负压,避免负压过大,造成燃烧器回火。(2)AQC炉受热管受高速含尘烟气的冲刷与磨损,会导致穿孔和爆管的
