Any misuse of the certification Mark will result in immediate action being undertaken to correct the situation. The user is responsible for taking appropriate corrective actions, as defined by SGS S&am

13、p;SC. Contravention of these rules could result in the withdrawal of certification. In any case SGS S&SC has the right of claiming for compensation.The use of the certification mark does not exonerate the organization from any liability imposed by law regarding any aspects of its scope of certif
