1、課程名稱：學校組織行為分析英文課名：Organizational Behavior Analysis for Schools一、教學目標Objectives of the Course A.瞭解基礎或古典組織行為理論例如：科層(官僚系統理論)、領導理論、政治理論、象徵(符號)理論等等。B.了解新進發展或延伸的理論。 例如：系統思考理論、回饋理論、學習組織後設框架理論(Meta-frameworks)、Clare W. Graves 的成人價值系統理論等。C.展現利用Alan Gaynor理論分析模式定義問題的能力。D.能透過古典因果分析步驟由理論要素分析實際組織或系統問題。E.能在因果分析基礎

2、上，由問題成因發展出修正用的行動策略，並作基礎的可行性分析。二、先修課程無三、教學內容Course Description本課程是為研究生設計關於學校(及教育組織系統)問題分析的一門課。學生將會練習用現成的組織理論來分析實際學校管理或行政問題。本課程分析問題在某種程度上是可延伸運用到社區組織、社會機構、醫院、部隊或公司行號等等。教學內容將涵蓋組織議題、現有理論要件、分析步驟、行動方案檢視等。同學們將必須決定撿選已發生或正在發生的實例作(匿名)個案分析，並提出替代式或新的行動策略。個案分析務求理論要件與實務細節配對緊密度、分析步驟的環環相扣，以期扎實嚴謹。四、每週進度Weekly Syllabu
