35、demands on themselves, .第二章 安装施工2.1设备安装流程2.2安装顺序与分段2.2.1安装前注意事项1)安装前应熟悉并充分理解安装要领书和有关图纸。2)确认必要资料及零件的种类、数量。3)根据提供的资料,准备安装工器具。4)根据安装顺序制订详细工序表,以求顺利进行操作。5)安装过程中,按试验检查表进行试验检查,以求提高质量。6)在现场安装过程中,即使工厂加工的部件在工厂加工精度之内,也要根据组装精度,确保设备质量的要求,调整螺栓孔及现场连接部位,修正运输中的变形,工厂油漆的补修等工程均属安装工程的施工范围。2.2.2安装顺序敷设底板敷设活塞板组装活塞混凝土挡墙屋顶组装

37、标高是否在容许值内。2.3.2.2底板圆顶部的高度测量测量底板圆顶中央部位的高度(H)及圆顶部分的半径,确认其在容许值以内后,沿着圆顶以3m间隔画圆弧,沿圆周方向也大致按3m间隔顺次测量高度,确认其是否在容许范围内,超过容许值的要作修正。2.3.3安装基准点标记 在储气柜基础中心设置经纬仪,在基础面上作各方位(角度00 、900 、1800 、2700 )的中心标记,并在靠近中心的平坦部分做出同心圆标记,作为辅助用,然后测定同各方位的交点间距离,确认直角中心。2.4底板敷设和焊接2.4.1定中心和标记先进行底板敷设方向、接管和附件位置的确认。在基础的中心标记上设置经纬仪,划定底板的配列中心,标
38、记出纵横4个方向的中心线,定出底板中心点,标记出底板的外环圆周线。2.4.2底板的敷设搬入的底板,在敷设以前,在底板的背面要除锈涂焦油沥青,但焊接的重叠部位约2030mm外不焦油沥青。2.4.2.1关键板和4心基准板的敷设敷设前,关键板上做直角中心线的标记,4心基准板上做纵向2分割线的标记。然后,与基础面上做了标记的基准线对合并敷设关键板后,顺次一方面注意重叠尺寸一方面敷设4心基准板。(如下图) 2.4.2.2定尺板的敷设敷设的轴心为纵向,沿着基准板成900 交替,从中心向周边依次敷设。因为纵向交点不出现直角,所以应根据现场实际情况进行气割。(如下图)2.4.2.3环状板的敷设环状板在敷设要按
39、的顺序进行。(如下图)先决定外周环板的外径,并进行定位焊接。环状板,在敷设之前在地上组装好4块后,一面确定与环状板的重叠尺寸,一面依次敷设,使全周完成。环状板的敷设,从环状板的端部用钢卷尺决定位置,安设止动板,块的位置,然后对合并敷设这部位环状板。2.4.2.3端部板的敷设定尺板与环状板的连接部分为端部板。端部板在敷设前应考虑与环状板的重叠尺寸做形状标记后再气割。2.4.3底板圆拱状板的焊接2.4.3.1纵向接缝定位焊接由中心部位的纵向接缝开始,先约75mm间距进行定们焊接,由中心向外依次推进。但距3块板重叠部分的端部留出约300mm左右范围内不能焊。2.4.3.2横向接缝定位焊接纵向接缝焊完
40、了后才开始横向接缝(长度方向)的定为焊接。定位焊接,以约75mm的间距从中央向周边进行,周边的端部要留出约700mm不实行焊接。在定位焊接的过程中,三块重叠处的最上层要按下图所示进行切角。如下图) 2.4.3.2正式焊接(如下图)留下粗线的折线部分作为相位区间的最后的焊接线,粗折线部分要用插销等固定住。焊接进程由中心向周边进行,焊接时按照需要使用抑制歪斜的夹具来防止歪斜,焊接方法采用跳焊法或后退法,焊接过程中切掉定位焊接时要立即修补。2.4.4底板环状的焊接2.4.4.1环状部间圆周接缝焊。先定位焊,然后焊接工分散在周边4-6个区段在同一方向同时开始正式焊接。2.4.4.2环状板间圆周接缝焊。
41、与上项程序相同。2.4.4.3环状板的各相互重叠接缝焊定位焊。2.4.4.4环状板与圆拱端部板的圆周接缝焊。同(2.4.4.1)项程序,该项圆周接缝焊后再进行端部板与定尺板焊接。2.4.4.5环状板的各个相互重叠接缝正式焊接。2.4.5底板的最后收口焊接和附件焊接2.4.5.1进行(如下图)所示的相位区间粗折线部分的焊接。2.4.5.2进行底板焊接部分的真空试验检漏,真空试验检漏压力应大于气柜设计压力的1.5KPa(1500mm水柱)。2.4.5.3用经纬仪和钢卷尺在底板上进行活塞支柱基板的分割与定中心,并进行配置焊接。2.4.5.4从底脚螺栓中心起在底板上测定侧板组装位置和屋顶粱外周环板位置
42、,并在底板上做标记。2.5活塞板的敷设和焊接2.5.1定中心及作标记在底板关键板的中心短轴(中心销)上设置经纬仪,设定活塞板的配列中心,配列中心的标记为4个方向。在底板上从中心到底板端部,以3m左右的间隔作上标记。2.5.2活塞板的敷设2.5.2.1关键板和4心基准板的敷设敷设前,关键板上做直角中心的标记,4心基准板上做纵向2分割线的标记。然后,对准预先在底板上做了标记的基准线并敷设关键板后,一方面注意重叠尺寸一方面敷设4心基准板。(如下图)2.5.2.2定尺板的敷设基准板敷设完后,沿基准板成900 交替,从中心向周边依次敷设。因为纵向交点不出现直角,所以在现场对合时参照下图气割。端部板的敷设
43、,首先要考虑与环形板的重叠尺寸,按端部形状作好标记后进行气割,然后再敷设在相应位置上。2.5.2.3环状板的敷设在关键板的中心短轴上(中心销)上设置基准尺,确定底板环状板上的配置半径。接着,对准标记,敷设在地上预组装(4块板一组)好的环状板。在环状板的下端,标记上与的重叠尺寸,安上挡块后,一方面插入到环状板的下面一方面进行敷设。(如下图)此外,环状板和的重叠部分,不能进行定位焊接,直至活塞砼隔墙完毕为止。2.5.2.4端部板的敷设考虑与环状板的重叠尺寸,对端部板的形状做标记,气割后敷设在一定的位置。2.5.3活塞板的焊接活塞板中央板和环状板的焊接,按照底板的中央板和环状板同样的焊接次序进行焊接
44、作业。2.5.4活塞板上附件位置的定心及做标记2.5.4.1焊接结束后,用经纬仪和钢卷尺在活塞板上确定活塞支柱位置的分割中心。2.5.4.2混凝土挡墙框板的定心,从侧板基准点计算,使用钢卷尺,在活塞板上作标记。2.5.4.3混凝土挡墙内部构件和活塞挡板立柱的分割定心,是用钢琴线连接中心短轴至基础螺栓中心,在混凝土挡墙框板中心的交点处做标记。接着用钢卷尺测定各分割点的间距,并确认是否正确。2.6活塞混凝土挡墙的安装2.6.1挡墙本体的组装2.6.1.1外部活塞支柱部位的开孔在正式组装前,外部活塞支柱套管的安装部位用气割开孔。此处应该注意的是,在开孔时,在环形板与的重叠部分应插入斜形楔子,使环状板
45、浮起,充分注意不要碰伤底板。2.6.1.2框板和补强材的组装(1)预先对准环状板上的标记,使用夹具使框板和补强材靠紧环状板,同时正确地保持框板相互的重叠接缝的平行度,并进行外周框板的临时焊接。(如下图)(2)补强材临时焊接在外周框板上,并与环形板实行定位焊接。(3)内周框板也同时地依次组装,全周组装字了后,一方面注意保持垂直及圆度,一方面进行内外周的顶部角钢的定位焊接。(4)在混凝土挡墙本体焊接前,为了防止环状板由于焊接造成的上浮和变形,在环状板的端部用槽钢构件来固定密封安装金属件。(如下图) (5)正式焊接时,使焊接工平均分散,每隔一块区段分一个人,向同一个方向进行焊接,焊接顺序从内部上方往
46、下方进行,接着进行外周框板的填角焊接,另外活塞支架的套管根部的焊接,要特别仔细地进行,要全焊透不能漏气。2.6.2素混凝土的浇灌2.6.2.1浇灌之前,在确认无焊接遗留事项的同时进行焊接部位目视检查。另外,在支柱套管处设盲板,以防混凝土的流入。2.6.2.2事前确认混凝土的密度,浇注高度要在内框架上做标记,注意不要超过和不够。2.6.2.3在浇注混凝土时,要充分捣实不能有空隙,特别要注意角部。2.6.2.4浇注时流出到活塞板上其它地方的砼要迅速除去。2.7活塞板上密封槽钢的组装2.7.1砼挡墙组装完了后,临时设置使用的密封安装槽钢拆除,开始正式的安装。2.7.2从底环状板的侧板标记中心起,用钢
47、卷尺在活塞环状板上进行安装位置上墨,然后用R规尺做全周的标记。2.7.3对准标记线,整个圆周上临时配置密封槽钢,确认接缝部位的间隙等没有问题,然后进行接缝双方的定位焊接。2.7.4该密封槽钢相互间的接缝部位,因为日后发现缺陷时修整困难,所以本焊接时要予以细心的注意质量。另外,密封安装表面,在焊接完后,要用研磨机进行光滑加工。2.7.2同环状板焊接时,正确地对准标记线进行定位焊接后,把焊接工分散也46个区段,向同一方向开始焊接。2.8活塞环状板-的圆周接缝的焊接2.8.1在定位焊接之前,在环状板-的重叠圆周接缝间用角开采楔顶开间隙,除去废物清扫一切不要的东西。然后,使用角铁构件、角形楔等使活塞环
48、状板-之间充分贴紧后再进行定位焊接。(如下图) 2.8.2正式焊接把焊工4-6个区段配置,向同一个方向开始焊接。2.9屋顶组装2.9.1屋顶梁的地上组装2.9.1.1在正式组装之前,进行各外周梁2-3根的地面组装,地上组装后的长度在25m以内。2.9.1.2把上下主梁板放在地上按配列记号顺序挑选,按照图纸一方面确认角钢的方向,另一方面临时在地面上配置。2.9.1.3地面组装时,先将端部梁(约1米)对合临接梁的曲率定位焊接后,再进行正式焊接。(如下图) 2.9.1.4确认梁梁的重叠尺寸,上下面没有不一致等,然后进行定位焊接和正式焊接。2.9.2外周环板的组装2.9.2.1在底板上标记外周环板的位
49、置,接着,在标记线上成直角地配置支撑座并与底板进行定位焊接,在支撑座的上面标记外周环板的位置,定位焊接角钢的构件。(如下图) 2.9.2.2外周环板在支撑座的角钢构件处使用角形楔对准基准线并依次固定。2.9.2.3外周环板的相互连接,通过拆销角形锲等进行表面对合,检查连接间隔和相临板的上表面不平等,确认没有问题后,进行定位焊接。另外,进行现场调整板的切断和定位焊接时,用钢卷尺确认了整个周长后再进行施工。2.9.2.4全周临时组装完后,在外环板上面分别定出30个点。测定外周环板上面的水平和垂直度,确认要在允许值以内。正式焊接时,把焊工等间隔地配置在4-6个区段,在向同一方向每隔一根焊接线进行焊接
50、。2.9.2.5焊接完了后,沿着外周环板的圆周,按照图纸标记主梁安装位置,如出现误差时,再一次进行标记直到不产生误差为止。2.9.3配置基准的定中心2.9.3.1以活塞板中心销为基准设置经纬仪,按着方位定出4个方位的中心,并在活塞上标记,另外,也同样的标记屋顶板配置中心。2.9.3.2自中心起在半径3m的范围内,用钢卷尺作中央主梁配置中心的标记。2.9.3.3自活塞板中心销为基准线,水平地拉紧钢琴线,用钢卷尺和铅锤在标记中央主梁中间承受点的同时,也标记梁的配置间隔的平行中心。2.9.4屋顶梁组装台架的设置2.9.4.1预先在活塞板上在已做了标记的点处设置中央台架和中间台架4处。2.9.4.2自
51、台架上部垂下铅锤,进行台架本体垂直度的调整,在下部设置防止倒转用的补强件。2.9.4.3在活塞砼挡墙上设置水平仪,自外周环板的梁安装基准线求出各台架本体的高度后,现场调整顶部支撑座的高度来解决全体的高度。(如下图) 2.9.4.4利用铅锤,在顶部支撑座上标记梁的位置中心,并设置梁的托座。2.9.4.5台架的高度和梁的配置中心的顶部标记等是本组装的要点,所以要准确定位。2.9.5屋顶梁的组装2.9.5.1正式组装前,在地上成井字形地组装焊接中央部分上下A梁各2要命,交点的固定用老虎钳进行,在进行定位焊接前用钢卷尺确认尺寸,组装完了后起吊并设置在中央台架上,用铅锤对准既定的位置,与顶部支撑进行定位
52、焊接并固定。2.9.5.2组装时,先起吊中央部分(A梁)的端部梁,然后连接外周环板和中央梁。起吊下部梁时,中央的稍高一点吊,对准外周环板的水平面然后焊接,再慢慢放下来,接着与中央梁进行连接,上部梁与此相反的进行。2.9.5.3对位于半径1/3等分的靠近中央的上下梁,分别在A梁上进行定位焊接。接着依次进行左右端部梁,使其一根一根进行。(如下图)2.9.5.4接着进行位于半径1/2(中间台架)附近的梁的组装,然后按照图纸上表示的尺寸标记各上下梁的位置,依次进行组装,再者,组装要左右平均地进行,以避免单侧集中载荷出现。2.9.5.5组装定位焊接完了后,测定各梁间的尺寸,确认要在允许值以内,对于允许值
53、以外的地方,要按照图纸修正。2.9.5.6以上作业完成后,开始正式焊接,焊接顺序如下:(1)外周环板和梁的焊接;(2)梁的重叠接缝部分的焊接;(3)上部梁、下部梁的交叉部分的焊接;注意:在重叠接缝的焊接途中,交叉部分的焊接认为有必要时,也可适当地进行。再着,焊完后,在上梁上表面的中心附近,要焊接防止悬垂板以防止屋顶板下塌。(如下图)2.9.6屋顶板的敷设2.9.6.1检查方位,决定配置方向,在上部A梁上临时架设脚手架板(配合屋顶板的敷设情况撤去)。2.9.6.2敷设用起重机自中心的键板装置开始,以此为中心,顺次进行4新基准板敷设。2.9.6.3接着沿4心基准板成900 交替向周边推进敷设,敷设
54、时考虑要避免集中载荷,在总体上成为均匀载荷。2.9.6.4最后端部板的切断,以外周环板为基准,标记以外进行气割,并且环状板在屋顶吊装完了后敷设。2.9.6.5焊接,先进行纵焊缝的焊接,连接带状完了时开始全体的定位焊接,横焊缝的焊接,等分散地配置焊工,从中心开始向周边进行,焊接时按照需要,使用防止歪斜的压板夹具,以防止歪斜,其它与底板的焊接相同,再者,正式焊接前,要先进行外周环板与屋顶端部板的定位焊接。2.10侧板及立柱组装2.10.1侧板地面组装2.10.1.1在侧板地面组装之前,侧板制作台要充分地检查弯曲或加强肋的固定用夹具的位置等。2.10.1.2地面组装前按照图纸尺寸在加强筋上进行肋板的
55、焊接。2.10.1.3在侧板制作台上配置侧板,标记了加强肋的安装尺寸,对加强肋实行定位焊接。2.10.1.4焊接,只进行侧板与加强肋下部的不连续焊接和肋板的焊接,加强肋上部的正式组装时进行。(如下图)2.10.1.5侧板通风孔按照图纸标记了安装位置后,在侧板上开孔,进行网板的正式焊接和盖罩的定位焊接。2.10.1.6最后,位于侧板纵焊缝的加强筋用气割切口,接触密封膜的侧板的角部切断实行砂轮加工。(如下图)2.10.2第一节立柱的组装2.10.2.1先在地面把立柱和防风环梁临时组装成门型的为一组,及把抗风架和立柱临时组装成单门型。(如下图)2.10.2.2接着,把临时组装成门型的立柱和抗风架(楼
56、梯部分)安装在规定位置,使用钢绳和螺旋扣防止倒转。2.10.2.3对立柱垂直修正用钢绳,进行予张拉使每一根立柱外倾5mm左右。2.10.2.4修正垂直度时,靠松弛抗风架的安装螺栓来修正抗风架,焊缝等的焊接,要在整个立柱修正完了以后进行。2.10.3第一组侧板的组装2.10.3.1最下段侧板,为了尽量减少底板一基础间的间隙,不能与加强肋实行地面组装,要先用螺栓连接加强肋和立柱连接板,接着对照最下面段侧板的标记中心,在加强肋和底板上进行定位焊接并在全周完成。2.10.3.2地面组装的2段以后的侧板,用螺栓把加强肋连接到立柱肋板并进行组装,接着,一方面进行侧板相互边面结合,一方面进行定位焊接,定位焊
57、接由纵焊缝开始进行,用尽可能小的间距来焊接。2.10.3.3第一组侧板的正式焊接,要在表面对合,定位焊接完了后就立即开始,但是,仅1跨在屋顶吊上后,为内部作业准备,不进行正式焊接。2.10.3.4侧板焊接完后,与煤气接触的部分从外面进行油浸试验。2.10.4第2节立柱以后的组装2.10.4.1若第一组侧板组装完毕,为作参考,测定了对称立柱间距离后,开始第2节立柱的组装,组装用与第1接立柱同样的方法,一方面注意需组装的门型与已经组装的立柱的表面接合,一方面用螺栓连接进行组装。(如下图)2.10.4.2对这2根立柱使用螺栓扣进行垂直度的调整,进行顺次组成第3根以后的立柱,全周完了后,再度进行垂直检
58、查,修正需要修正的部分。2.10.4.3全部立柱修正完了后,进行抗风架焊缝等的焊接,再者,悬吊脚手架,在第一组侧板的焊接和浸油试验完了后,吊到第2圈抗风架上做替换,并进行脚手架的连接等。2.10.5第2段侧板以后的组装2.10.5.1施工方法同上,进行组装及调正,直到最上段。2.10.5.2最上段的侧板,在组装前应进行屋顶外周环板搭接板部分的切口及屋顶外环板安装用搭接板的安装焊接。(如下图)2.11屋顶的起吊2.11.1起吊准备2.11.1.1屋顶梁外周环板部分的屋顶板,对照屋顶起吊制动器的长度、宽度,标记切断线除去。(如下图)接着,焊接外周环板与制动器,焊完后立即进行目视检查,焊接不良处应补
59、修。(如下图)2.11.1.2起吊杆在地面用螺栓临时组装后部和左右支撑件,另外把起吊用钢绳的卷筒固定在每个起吊点立柱的下部,钢绳的一端经过起吊杆的滑轮固定在起吊侧下部滑轮上,接着把带台座的钢绳挂在起吊杆的顶部,用吊车起吊,通过连接板用螺栓与侧板立柱最上部连接,然后在起吊杆上吊铅锤,进行直角两个方向的垂直度的调整,安装左右的支撑件,以后顺次用相同的方法进行起吊杆的安装。(如下图)2.11.1.3在第1节立柱下部通过焊接安装液压提升设备的支撑座,通过螺栓连接来安装液压提升设备。2.11.2起吊与屋顶外围环板的固定2.11.2.1起吊作业,用3台液压顶设备同时卷动来进行,途中暂时停放于第2第4第6抗
60、风架的各段上,进行程序替换,起吊到最上段时进行固定。再者,整个起吊过程中,要保持屋顶的水平,要注意各绞车的上卷速度。2.11.2.2起吊时配置下列人员指挥负责人 1名起吊丁监视人员 6名绞车周围监视、联络人员 6名绞车操作人员 6名2.11.2.3起吊开始前,通过绞车单机上卷把屋顶上升50mm,进行安全确认。2.11.2.4起吊作业,进行途中第1m进行标记替换,在保持屋顶水平稳定的同时把约60m钢绳卷到绞车上,利用屋顶制动器,实行2、4、6段的中间停放。2.11.2.5在最上段规定位置50-100mm之间停止起吊,用每1台绞车进行起吊调整,测定测板与外围环板间的间隔,从狭窄的部分起使用千斤顶,
