2、ment:PartyAshouldpay60%oftotaldesigningfeeoncesigningthecontract,i.eRMB.Afterconfirmingthedesigningscheduleandstyle,andwheninneedofadjustingonelectricdesigns,PartyAshouldpay30%oftotaldesignfee,i.eRMBAfterfixingthecompletedesigningschedule,PartyAshouldpaythebalaneeofthedesignfee,i.eRMB,PartyBshouldha

3、ndovertheprintingCDafterreceivingthebalaneeofpayment.Periodandmeansofdeliveryofthedesignplan.PartyBmustcompletethedraftofdesignwithinthetimeagreedbythetwoparties.IfpartyBcannotcompleteontimeduetoreduplicativechangesfromPartyA,thedeliverytimecanbeputoff.Toensurethesmoothcooperation,PartyAmustconfirmo

4、rmakesuggestionwithinthreeworkingdaysafterreceiptofthedesignfromPartyB,PartyBshouldnotexceedfiveworkingdaystofeedbackthesuggestion.PartyAshouldsupplythenecessarydesigninginformationwithin20workingdaysaftersigningofthecontract.AsPartyA(notsupplycompleteinformationandsoon)makethedesigndelayed,ifdelaye

5、dtimemorethanthreemonths(subjecttothedateofcontract),PartyAshouldpaythebalaneedesignfee,PartyBwillcarryonmakingthedesign.Ifmorethansixmonths,thiscontractwillautomaticallybeterminated.PartyBwillsupplytheoriginalCD.IfPartyAstillneedPartyBtomakethedesign,PartyAshouldpayantherpaletteanddesignfee.Afterth

6、efinalconfirmationofthedesign,PartyBshouldsupplythecoloredprintsandelectronicdocuments.PartyAshouldbeartheactualcostifneedstheprintingsample.IntellectualProperty.BeforePartyApayoffallthedesignfee,PartyBownthecopyright,PartyAcannotusethisdesign,andhavenoanyrightofthisworks.PartyAhavetherighttosignthe

7、CopyrightTransferContract,tohavetheproprietaryrights,rightsofuseandalterationsafterpayingoffthepayment.CopyrightofdesignnotusedbyPartyAstillbelongstoPartyB,PartyAdonothaveanyrightforthis.AfterthefinalconfirmationbyPartyA,ifasthechangesofPartyAcompanynameorcommoditynametochangethedesignplanorhavealld

8、ifferentideawiththeoriginalplan,itshouldbeasnewplan,andPartyAshouldpaythebalaneefee,andsignnewcontract,PartyBwillmakenewdesignplan.Afterpayingoff,PartyBcannotalterthedesignandgiveanyothercompany.Responsibilityandauthoritya.ResponsibilityofPartyAPartyAshouldtrytheirbesttosupplytheinformationforthisde

9、sign.Oncefindingthemistake,oversightordisagreementwiththecontract,PartyAshouldinformPartyBinwritingtimely,andPartyBshouldmakeamendmentintime.PartyAshouldabidebythepaymenttermsinthecontract.PartyAshouldmaketheconfirmationforallthedocumentsandthingsthatneedconfirmedtimely.PartyAhavetherighttogiveasugg

10、estionforPartyBdesignandmaketheworksaccordswiththeenterpriseculture.b.ResponsibilityofPartyBPartyBmustmaketheplanandcreativedesignaccordingtotherequirementinthecontractmadebyPartyA,andmakefulluseofspecializedknowledgeandexperienee,tosupplyfirstdesignandservicetoPartyA.PartyBshouldsupplyallthedesignd

11、ocuments,makingsizesanddesignsofeveryperiodaccordingtotheallrequirementofthecontractandappendix,andcompletethedesign.PartyBshouldmakethedesignaccordingtothethingsthatconfirmedbyPartyAcritically.PartyBshouldmakethedesigncreationastherequirementofPartyAandsupplythesatisfiedworks.BreachofDutya.PartyAtoterminatethecontractbeforedraftdesigncompleted,PartyBwillnotreturnthedeposit.PartyAtoterminatethecontractafterthefinaldesign,theyshouldpayallthefees.b.PartyBtoterminatethecontractwithoutcause,toreturnallthefeestoPartyA.Thetwocopiesofthebothsignedcontract
