2、gratulation Letter The congratulation letter is usually written to congratulate the receiver on something. It is used both personal and business situations. 2. Types of Congratulation Writing There are two types of congratulation letter. (1)In business use, the writer and receiver are most likely to

3、 be business partners and clients. (2)The primacy use is to formally congratulate someone for an outstanding achievement and accomplishment.3.
