6、al progress in building a smart city.一、进展和成效Firstly, Progresses and Efficiency（一）基础设施更加智能化1. More Intelligent Infrastructures信息基础设施方面，目前，成都拥有向省外辐射的光缆通达方向达到8个，干线出省光缆30多条，城域网出口总带宽超过1.5T，开通了国际直达专用数据电路，通信骨干网络通达传输能力名列中西部前列；全市居民光纤接入覆盖440万户，无线通信网络覆盖100%行政村，Wi-Fi覆盖城市大部分热点区域，在中西部率先迈入移动通信4G时代，初步形成较为完备的传输交换、存储

More Efficient City Operation食品药品安全方面，建成肉类蔬菜流通追溯系统，覆盖全市肉类、蔬菜溯源点位11259个，实现了肉菜产品从屠宰、批发、零售到餐桌全程信息化监管，提高了市民对食品安全的满意度。建成中药材质量溯源系统，在10家中药材种养殖基地、荷花池中药材市场所有商户、20家中药饮片生产企业、40家中药材经营企业、19家医院和50家药店进行试点，实现中药材从种植到零售药店、医疗机构的流通追踪溯源，保障了药品安全。In the field o

16、CM has been built, which is piloted in 10 planting and breeding bases, all merchants in Hehuachi Market, 20 manufacturers of TCM herbal pieces, 40 businesses, 19 hospitals and 50 drugstores to trace the TCM from planting to retailing to medical institutions and guarantee the drug safety. 在城市燃气运行管理方面

17、，建成基于地理信息系统的燃气监控与数据采集系统（SCADA系统），实现对燃气系统进气、计量、输配、调压全过程的监控、管理和调度，促进燃气生产、输配管理更加安全、高效。完成1.5公里燃气管防第三方破坏试点和50个管井密闭空间泄漏监测和户内泄漏监控试点，提高了智能化管理水平。The GIS-based gas monitoring and data acquisition system has been built, thereby monitoring, managing and dispatching the whole processes of air intake, metering, t

23、老人提供24小时的日常生活照料、紧急救助、主动关怀、老人档案管理等多方面的居家养老服务。2013年10月开通服务以来，每天呼入电话2360人次。中心为老人发放老人专用手机，老人只需按下“一键通”按键联系中心，中心就可以在半小时内安排相应的服务机构或商家上门为老人服务。老人在家或外出遇到突发情况时，只需按下手机背面的“”键，就可获得紧急求助服务。In terms of service for the ages, the 12349 Home-Based Care Service Center for the aged in Chengdu has been built for providing

25、保险、劳动监察、劳动仲裁、补充医疗保险、机关事业单位养老保险等各项业务。全市3294个就业和社会保障中心（站）、6000多家定点医疗机构和定点零售药店与数据中心联网，75项服务项目向基层延伸，社保、就业、劳动监察等业务实施网上办理，提升了服务水平。In terms of social security, the centralized and unified Social Security Employment Data Center has been built for the city, with the information system covering employment, me
