3、dle of the spindle to stop;机台的启动及停止：先将电箱的总电源关至ON,然后将主轴控制开关正转或反转，控制开关旋至中 间时主轴停止；Spindle rotation, the steps are as follows主轴头的旋转，操作步骤如下The spindle head tilt 主轴头的左右倾斜Loosen the four nuts evenly, not all release.均匀松开四个螺丝帽，不可全松开Rotating head screw to the required angle. Rotate the right fine-tuning with

4、 a hex nut wrench 旋转机头座螺杆至所需要角度，用六角扳手转动右侧微调螺母Balance locking head Nut.将机头螺帽均衡锁紧。Correct specification of X-Y axis perpendicular主轴的X、丫方向垂直校正规范：Rotate spindle in the same way, adjusting head nut. 5、ck安装机床夹头Clean the spindle taper with a rag用抹布清洁主轴锥孔。Align the groove on the spindle chuck machine boss将机床夹头的凹槽对准主轴凸台。Rotating Pull screw into screw, locking nut将拉引螺杆旋进夹头螺孔内，锁紧螺帽Remove the machine chuck卸下机床夹头Put spindle on the low speed or use the brakes.将主轴转速放调在低速档后开始或使用刹车器Locking nut with a wrench

6、to relax用扳手放松锁紧螺帽With brass rod or a soft hammer tapping Pull end. Separate the machine BOSS head from taper hole.用软锤或铜棒敲打拉引螺杆头端部，使机床夹头别离锥孔Hand-holding machine chuck, Rotate the top nut, Pull the machine screw, then remove from the chuck用手握持机床夹头，旋转顶部螺母，使机床夹头脱离拉引螺杆后取下5.
