7、经济合同由标题、首部、正文、尾部组成。（1）标题（合同内容+种类）。如“计算机（合同内容）销售合同（合同种类）”（2）首部:包括合同签订人、合同编号、合同签订的时间和地点、套语等。（3）正文：合同的正文包括以下几项内容：合同标的、数量和质量、价款和酬金、履行合同的期限地点方式、违约责任（免责条款）、依法律规定或按合同性质必须具备的条款、当事人一方要求必须具备的条款。（4）尾部：合同的变更和解除、违反合同的责任、无效合同的确认及处理措施等。作为一种重要的文体形式，它的语言具有其自身的特点。内容的专业性首先其格式规范有一定的专业性，其次合同适用范围很广，可以涉及不同的领域，如商品、贸易、商检、运输

19、000美元的信用证。动词一般是做“包括，囊括”的意思讲，但在以上三个例句中，不但不能按原来的意思翻译，而且在各句中由于所属领域范围不同，其所表达的意思也是不同的。在（1）句、（2）句、（3）句中分别表示“购进货物”、“投保险”、“偿付”等意思。2. 注意规范组句翻译合同时，应注意分析句子结构，理清思路，规范组句，以实现顺畅而清晰的表达。例：We hereby certify to the best of our knowledge that the foregoing statement is true and correct and all available information and
