1、 PAGE 7初二英语上册 Lesson34的教学设计商南县初级中学 张东霞一、教材依据 冀教版初二英语上册Unit 4二、设计思想1指导思想这一单元主要是要学生思考他们的未来。通过故事和计划,帮助学生积极地描述他们的愿望和理想。在教学中,学生是学习活动的主体,教师是活动的组织者和引导者。在教学中,将一个个目标活动化,在活动中激发兴趣,掌握学习方法,积极营造以学生为主体,以教师为主导的有效师生互动的高效课堂。2. 设计理念 本节课是第五单元第二节课,这一课是要求学生畅谈理想,预测自己和同学的未来,并积极动手制作年刊,培养学生的参与意识和协作能力。让学生树立理想,做有抱负的新型中学生。同时让学生
2、在体验不同职业的角色中,去畅谈理想,合作交流,从而提高语言的运用能力。让更多学生参与课堂活动中,通过感知、体验、实践、参与等方式,完成目标,能关注到每位学生,让学生感受成功。 课堂教学中层层递进,环环相扣。由于有记单词竞赛,小组合作交流,接龙游戏等形式新颖多样,非常吸引学生,大部分学生都能积极参与,打破了沉闷的教学气氛,给课堂带来了勃勃生气,赋予教学内容于说,玩,游戏之中,既增强了学生学习活动的动力,发挥了学生的学习自主性,又能在这种贴近生活的教学情境中唤起他们对学英语的欲望,激发他们的兴趣。并能将所学知识运用到实际中去,有助于培养学生的实际应用能力,有利于培养学生的创新能力及口语表达能力,这
3、样的活动增加了趣味性,使学生的思维一直处于积极的状态,有利于提高课堂教学质量。 教材分析 教学内容:主要引导学生学会如何积极表达自己的愿望和理想与之相关的单词,短语和句型。学情分析:这一节课是本单元的第二节课,学生已经在第一课时学习了有关表达自己长大干什么职业的表达法,I want to be .when I am older. 针对初二年级学生,有一定的语言基础了,学习起来就很好的基础,对谈论将来的愿望有着强烈的兴趣和表现欲,但缺乏一定的词汇量,语言表达能力还需提高。三 教学目标知识目标I词汇:yearbook,ambition,predict,prediction , stay , som
4、eday.II句型: My ambition /work/job/duty/aim is to be + 职业名词。I hope to do I hope that I predict that .以及I will be .when I am older III语法:学习实义v.的一般过去时态。能力目标:1)能听懂并学会表达自己的愿望和理想的表达法 2)在听录音时有目的地获取所需的关键信息。掌握重点句型 : My ambition is to be a /anI want to I hope to do. I hope that I will. I predict that I will德育目
5、标:I教育学生要树立远大理想,立足现在,才会有美好的将来,预测自己的未来并做好规划。II整堂课的设计要求学生畅谈理想,预测自己和同学的未来,并积极动手制作年刊,培养学生的参与意识和协作能力。III与教学内容相结合,教育学生做有理想,有志向的新型中学生。 文化意识:了解中西方人对理想和职业的不同看法。 学习策略:培养学生在大信息量(许许多多的运职业)的语言活动中搜索处理语言信息,发现,归纳学习重点,从而掌握本课重点学习内容。四 教学重点教学重点:I want to I hope to do. I hope that I will. I predict that I will My ambitio
6、n is to be a /an .I学会谈论未来的表达法,主要从未来所从事的职业,将来住在哪儿,预测未来是什么样子而开展话题。II学会重点句型 五 教学难点 熟练运用hope和wish的用法学会表达自己的愿望,预测未来。教学方法 教学过程中我主要运用了Imitatingh and repeating,Practicing,和Role playing的学习策略,利用幻灯片或者做得多媒体课件来展开课堂Pair work问答式的口语交际活动,小组活动,或调查活动,谈论各自的未来所从事的职业并给出理由。培养学生小组团结协作能力。在尊重学生个性发展,面向全体学生的基础上,由浅入深,由已知到未知,循序渐
7、进地深化教学内容。展开以教师为主导,以学生为主体的师生双边活动。另外,为了培养学生观察、理解、分析、运用能力,教学中充分运用了多媒体辅助教学的手段,增强了教学的直观性和趣味性,加大了课堂密度,提高了教学效果。 情感态度价值观这一课内容贴近学生的实际生活,谈论的话题是未来的愿望。通过互相询问和谈论彼此的未来所喜欢的职业,可以增加同学之间的了解和友情并培养学生树立远大理想,并为理想而努力学习 七、学法指导在学习生词时,师生互动,做到词不离句,帮助学生感知、体验、记忆新知。为了激励学生记忆单词,中间设计了一个抢答活动,极大地激发了学生的兴趣。;在谈论自己愿望时,给学生一些例文,让学生模仿。 八、教学
8、准备准备各种职业的图片或幻灯片;设计课后巩固性练习题的幻灯片;制作一些常见的职业的课件,将听力和阅读部分的内容插入,通过介绍自己的职业引入新课。 九、教学过程 Step 1.复习阶段:教学思路:1首先以简单的话题带领学生进入学习氛围,谈论自己的职业I am a teacher from No 2.Middle school. Do you want to be a teacher ? What do you want to be in the future?Do you know what Li Ming wants to be in the future?Whats his ambition
9、 ?Can you predict his future?这个句型导入今天的话题谈论理想。3然后问Whats your ambition ?My ambition /job /work is to be a /an . 句型,I predict pridikt you will have a good future.My predictions will come true. I want to visit my grandpa and stay with him for a few days someday.展现本课的生词并教读,让学生理解意义和用法。接着开展竞赛,让学生用所学生词造句,达到
10、学以致用。这样既复习了职业的名词 也做到了以旧带新,也培养了学生灵活运用知识的能力Step 1 Revision (复习)Ask some questions :T: Do you want to be a teacher,like me ?Ss: Yes , I do./No ,I dont.T:What do you want to be ?把全班分成八大组,实行问题接龙游戏:规则是每竖排第一名学生转身一次向后问Do you want to be a teacher ? What s your ambition ?这样每位学生都能参与课堂教学,关注了全体学生,提高了学生的口语表达能力。St
11、ep 2. 导入阶段 (情境创设,导入新课) 教师活动 学生活动先问学生 What do you want to do when you are older?让学生用说出自己的希望和理想,这一步运用了设问和猜猜的方式,激起学生的好奇心,也再一次复习了 I want to do. 句型,同时也为导入新课 I hope to be a 做好了预备。接下去,由我的职业入手谈论李明的未来Step 3 教学过程:Presentation(师生互动,学习探究)T:My ambition /job/duty is to be an English teacher . What is your ambitio
12、n ?S1: My ambition is to be a . .S2: My ambition is to be a . .S3: T: Do you want to be an English teacher ,like me? Why or Why not ?S1: Yes , I do ./No ,I dont.T: What do you hope to be ? Where do you want to stay ?(Write “answers ” on the Bb.)T: What does Li Ming want to be when he is older ?What
13、is his ambition ?(先谈论我的工作,接着让学生分小组谈论自己的未来职业。然后让学生进行猜测和预测李明的愿望。这样导课自然流畅,从而引出本课生词 ambition,predict,prediction,someday,stay ,yearbook.)Step 4.操练阶段 Part A ReadRead the text and answer true or false to the following statements.1. Li Ming hopes to be a good teacher, like Mrs.Liu.(T)2. He wants to live in
14、Beijing when hes older. (F)3. He hopes to have two sons. (F)4. He thinks he will make friends with all his classmates when they are older. (T)(让全班学生带着问题齐声读课文,让学生获取一些重要信息,也练习了读的能力。) Part BListening (听录音并回答问题) Play the tape for the students to listen and have a discussion about the text.Listen to the
15、tape with the following questions.1. Why does Li Ming want to be an English teacher?2. Where does Li Ming live when he is older?3. How many children does Li Ming want to have?Does Li Ming hope some of his classmates will be his friends when they are older?(注重培养学生听的能力训练,更加深对课文的理解)Step5: Practice (合作交
16、流,巩固提高) 生生互动Ask the students to work in groups Predict their future. Use the sentences like: I want to I hope. I hope that I will. I wish that I will(让学生分小组成员预测对方的未来,不仅能激发学生学习英语的兴趣和求知欲,训练学生获取完整信息的基本功,而且有利于培养学生的想象力,增进同学间的了解,也有利于培养学生运用英语进行交际的能力。)把全班分成八大组,实行问题接龙游戏:规则是每竖排第一名学生转身依次向后问下一位同学Do you want to
17、be a teacher ? What s your ambition ?然后再到回来问这两个问题。这样每位学生都能参与课堂教学,关注了全体学生,提高了学生的口语表达能力。Step6 Practice Tell us your hope and wish.Step7 Hands-on Activities( 动手做) and draw Make a yearbook! Imagine your future! Now draw a picture of yourselves in the future. What do you hope to be? 每个学生画一张自己成人的画像,预测自己的将
