4、耐压式称重给煤机SAiMOperation&MaintenanceManualF55型耐压式称重给煤机使用说明书SAiMOF55Operation&MaintenanceManual1.1主要性能与应用Mainperformanceandapplications电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机用于电力或其余行业锅炉用煤的计量给料.给料过程为皮带连续给料.给料机未来自于用户给料仓或其余给料设备的物料输送并经过称重桥架进行重量检测;同时装于尾轮的测速传感器对皮带进行速度检测;被检测的重量信号及速度信号一同送入6105P积算器进行微积分办理并显示以吨每小时为单位的瞬时流量及以吨为单位的累计量.其内部调理器将

5、实测瞬时流量信号值与经过通信板来自于工控机的设定流量值进行比较,并依据偏离大小输出相应的信号值,经过变频器改变电机转速的快慢以改变给料量使之与设定值一致,从而完成恒定给料流量的控制.积累量信号被送入工控机,实现设定给料总量达标停机功能。运输及计量均在坚固的耐压腔体内进行.在输送及计量下部设有刮板式打扫装置,撒落料及飞灰都能被清理到出煤口.整个系统设有皮带跑偏报警,堵煤报警,断煤报,断链报警和腔内超温报警。机体外壳开有多个观察窗、照明灯，便于随时观察机器运行状况。Weighingpressure-tightbeltcoalfeederisusedonthebatchingfeedingofthe

10、t.Therearebeltrun-offalarm,coalblockagealarm,nocoalalarm,chainbreakingalarmandover-temperaturealarminsidethebodyinthesystem.Thereareseveralmonitoringwindows,lightsonthehousingfortheeasymonitoringofthemachinesoperation.1.2结构简介Structureintroduction电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机的壳体是由钢板卷成的密封槽体，其两端及侧面开有密封优异，方便安装、检修的活动门.输送

11、、计量各部件均固定在槽体双侧壁上，整体刚性好，有益于计量.其余，耐压给煤机还包含一些辅件（进、出料口电动闸板阀等）。下边分别简单介绍：Thehousingoftheweighingpressure-tightbeltcoalfeederisasealedtroughbodyweldedwithsteelplate.Thereareeasyinstalledandaccessdoorsthatarewellsealedonbothendsandthesidesofthehousing.Theconveyanceandmeasurementpartsareallmountedonthesidewa

12、llsofthechute,whichareofexcellentintegralsolidnessandgoodforthemeasurement.Additionally,thepressuretightcoalfeederincludessomeparts(inletelectricgatevalve,outletelectricgatevalve,etc.).Pleasereadthefollowingforthedetails:1.头轮为胶面人字齿,尾轮为钢面腰鼓形,有益于对皮带的纠偏.其轴承采纳外球面球轴承,安装形式为立式,拥有自动调心功能,对安装精度4特别适用于粉尘许多的场合.F

14、nddoesnthavehighmountrequirement.Thebearinghasbeenputwiththelubricationanddoublesealedinthefactory,soitisespeciallysuitablefortheenvironmentwithmuchdust.2.本机在受料区布有四组平托辊以减少料仓物料对皮带的冲击;皮带秤一组作为称重托辊;托辊为钢面圆柱形,其表面为加工面,相关于托辊轴的径向跳动减小,有益于计量;托辊两端装有向心球轴承,外侧为迷宫式密封圈,适用于粉尘较大的场合.Thereare4groupsofflatidlersontherece

42、电气图纸）。闭合变频器电源开关，此时控制柜内变频器得电，变频器上的LED显示相关信息。操作变频器面板可以显示输出端运行频率，电流、电压、线速度、转矩等相关参数，也可以显示变频器的输入状态。输入端连接能否错误或断线等信息（详细操作拜见变频器说明手册），但此时现场的输送电机应不运行。Afterexaminingthemechanicalsectionandconfirmeverythingsgood,selectthegeneralpowerswitch“0QF”(Pleaseseetherelevantelectricaldrawings).Closethepowerswitchofthefre

49、上按频率增大按钮使变频器输出频率增大，输出电压电流发生变化且现场电机的转速也发生相应变化;在输送机运行过程中，要检查皮带能否跑偏，若跑偏要及时经过螺旋张紧器对皮带进行跑偏校订。按下控制柜面板上停止按钮则输送机停止。Startfeeder:pressconveyorstartbuttononcontrolboxpanel,relaysisexcited.Thefrequencyinverterstartssignalon,thefeederruns.Theconveyorrunindicatorison.Pressfrequencyincreasebuttononinvertercontrolb
