30、目，如发发现产品有有确认无误误的品质问问题，制造造商须于收收货后十天天内提出，供供应商同意意退货或换换货，如裁裁剪之后发发现上述问问题，供应应商一概不不负任何责责任；当出出现不可预预见的和无无法通过现现有的科技技手段做预预测的产品品品质问题题，且该问问题并非不不可抗力所所致，同时时，制造商商已提供确确切证据证证明其在发发现问题时时立即停止止产品的使使用且这些些问题所造造成的损失失是由供应应商所致时时，依以下下两种状况况处理：11）如果产产品未裁剪剪且供应商商出货时间间未超过115天，供供应商同意意做退货或或换货处理理,若已超超过15天天，供应商商不受理任任何的投诉诉和承担相相关的责任任；2）如

In ccase of aany qqualiity pprobllems whicch arre unnforeeseeaable and can not be ttesteed byy thee exiistinng sccienttificc metthodss, annd thhe prrobleems aare nnot ccauseed byy forrce mmajeuure, meannwhille, tthe MManuffactuurer has provvidedd connclussive evid

34、dencee thaat hee hass immmediaatelyy stooppedd thee usee of prodductss wheen prrobleems aare ddiscoovereed annd thhe daamagees inn queestioonarisen weere ccauseed byy thee Suppplieer, tthen it sshalll be handdled accoordinng too thee folllowiing ttwo ssituaationns: 11) thhe Suuppliier aagreees too t

35、akke baack oor reeplacce thhe prroduccts iif thhe prroduccts hhave not beenn cutt andd thee delliverry tiime ddoes not exceeed 115 daays; 2) tthe SSuppllier assuumes no rrespoonsibbilitty annd anny jooint liabbilitty iff thee prooductts haave bbeen cut.6.2除非非另有说明明，供应商商需对交付付给制造商商的所有产产品提供壹壹年的有限限保证。该该保
