40、slidedown.根据预定位置。在光杆上量好距离，画出记号,再松动光杆卡子。Dependingonthepredictedposition,measurethelength,makeasigntheloosenthepolishedrodgrip.将卡子移到记号处。Movethegriptothemarkedposition.缓慢松开刹车，使驴头平稳的吃上负荷。Loosenthebrakeslowly,maketheloadonthehorsehead.刹紧刹车。Putonbrake.松光杆下卡子，用锉刀、砂纸打掉光杆毛刺。Loosenthepolishedrodgripwhichonthe

42、机更换曲柄销子操作。Operationofchangingpumpingunitcrackpin.停机、曲柄停在朝井口方向4546度的位置，刹紧刹车、切断电源。Stoppumpingunit,makethecrackstoptothewellhead45-46,putonbrake.光杆卡子座在盘根盒上，卡紧。Setthepolishedrodgriponstuffingbox,clampthepolishedrod.3盘皮带，卸负荷(使悬绳器略松即可)。Twirlbelt,removetheload.卸开连杆与曲柄销子轴承座的连接螺丝。Removethecouplingscrewwhichc

43、onnectthepitmanandbearingseat.用手钳子拨掉开口销子。Pulloutopenpinwithvice.用套筒扳手卸掉冕形螺母。Removethenutwithsocketwrench.用铁锤将曲柄销子从曲柄孔打出。Beatthecrackpinoutofcrackholewithhammer.将曲柄销子洗干净，并检查其完好程度。Cleaningthecrackpin,checkitforproper.卸轴承孔盖制动垫圈和圆螺母。Removethebrakeringandroundnutofbearinghole.将旧曲柄销子从轴承打出。Beatouttheoldcra

47、adcenterautomatic,stopthecrackunderit.卸掉护罩。Removetheprotectingcap.先松电机固定螺丝。Loosenfixingscrewofthemotorfirst.再松电机前顶丝。Loosenfrontscrewofthemotor.用撬杠或其它工具向内移动电机，放松皮带。Movethemotortofrontwithcrowbarorothertools,loosenbelt.缓慢盘动皮带，依次取下旧皮带，并依次换上15.用手指按下皮带12指为合适。(8)抽油机换盘根操作。15.用手指按下皮带12指为合适。(8)抽油机换盘根操作。手抓，防止

49、护罩。Installprotectingcap.合上闸刀，按启动电钮，启抽，检查皮带情况。Switchon,pressstartingbutton,startpumpingunit,checkbelt.检查松紧程度。Checkbeltfortightness.Pressbelt1-2fingerisproper.用手翻皮带能将背面翻上，松手后即恢复原状为合适。Ifthebackofbeltcanbeoverturnedwithhandandwhenreleaseditcanreboundstoitsoriginalshape,thetightnessofbeltisproper.注意事项。皮带
