变配电系统调试方案(中英)

1、页眉6(10)KV 变配电系统调试方案Scheme of 6KV transformer station system testl、编制说明 Instruction为确保供电的可靠性， 6KV 变配电系统，通常设计为两段单母线双回路电源供电，由母联断路器将其二段连结，可分段或并联运行。本方案针对此运行方式编写，适合国内工程项目，现场可结合实际情况予以参考。Power supply by single bus-bar in two sections a double of circuit in 6KV system, join the two bus-bar with Circuit Break

3、tem6KV 两段进线，来自同一系统，、段母线由母线联络柜联结。母联设有BZY 备用页脚页眉电源自投装置，可分别选择两段母线分段或一进线带二线。Join two buses with bus united section switch in which install BZT母线馈线变压器若干台和高压电动机若干台。母线侧无发电机，二次系统无同期回路。2、主要设备实物工程量用表格列出变压器、电动机、高压开关柜，控制、保护、信号盘柜等主要设备的台件数量、规格型号。List the amount, model and specification of project, include transfo

Test for transformer with long distance observing use computer调试资料的整理，填写试验报告。安装调试工作的检查确认及送电的准备。Record report,Check all testing then power5、调试工作的工艺及技术要求Test program1 高压一次电气设备试验： HV test of primary equipment高压一次电气设备试验包括变压器、断路器（油、真空、六氟化硫断路器）电流互感器、电压互感器、避雷器、电力电缆、绝缘子、电容器、而离开关等。试验项目及试验的标准按照国标GB50

9、150 91 执行，主要的试验方法参照 高压电器试验方法。Demand and item 0f HV primary equipment according with GB50150-91, the equipment consist of transformer, CT and PT panel, arrester , insulator, capacitor, isolate switch and so on常规的几种试验方法：Following test methoda、绝缘电阻的测试。按照被试设备的额定电压等级选择兆欧表，正常情况下待表指示稳定后读取测试值，特殊情况下指60S 时的测试

10、值。注意将兆欧表的L 端子接被试物、 E页脚页眉接地、 G 端接屏蔽层位置。Ins. Resistance test. Pick me ohm meter according to rated voltage grade of equipment .Recorddata when it stabled. Special is 60s.b、交流耐压试验。试验时注意复核接线和设备接地的连接。检查试验器过流保护整定值，正确选择试验器的容量，试验时宜采用静电电压表监视一次侧电压或球隙放电器和保护用水电阻串人试验器高压侧。Check the connection wire and earthling o

12、。注意不同设备的耐压时间。Uniform raising voltage when DC leakage test, discharge after tested. Different equipment has different withstanding voltage time.d 、金属氢化物避雷器试验。 可依据设备出厂的技术文件，最好采用专用试验设备检查ImA 电流时的电压 U ImA ；。和 0.75U ImA ；时的电流 I。做完测试后可再测绝缘电阻。将其与厂家技术文件比较，确认是否合格。Record the U1mA and circuit value at 0.75 U1mA

15、e position at pole to E or shell2 保护继电器的校验Protective relay test试验项目及技术参数见 保护继电器校验。对于特殊继电器的试验项目及标准可参考厂家技术文件。常用继电器的一般校验项目及方法：Following the item and method for test common relaya、中间、信号继电器Intermediate Signal Relay Test外观检查线圈直流电阻测试电气特性试验绝缘性能测试校验时，其动作值及返回值应取三次试验结果的平均值。注意其接点动作的可靠性。对于防跳多绕组继电器注意其绕组极性的正确性。对于测

18、suring-meter test现场常用电流表、电压表、功率表、Cos表、频率、电能表的检定可参照有关的计量检定规程执行。现场常采用比较法进行校验。注意表的准确度计算的正确性和标准表准确等级的选择。检定完的表计注意做好标识。Test for current-meter, voltage-meter, power-meter , Cos -meter, frequency-meter and eletricenergy-meter with contrast usually, Correct choose standard-meter grade, marked it after test4

19、盘柜内查线Check connect-wire in panel盘柜内查线可按照施工图纸校核，需拆除校验的线，要解除后校验，做到准确无误，用时核对盘带继电器、表计、元器件的参数和型号是否与设计图纸相符合。外观、接线,端子的紧固是否符合规范的要求。Check wire according with drawing, Check parameter and model of internal relay,instrument andcomponent must conform to design.5 盘间联络线的校验Connecting-wire between panel test可依据施工图逐

20、段按回路校验。做到接线正确、紧固，端子头字迹清楚。对于交流电流回路的检查，要将二次线解除后校验。同时注意与CT 的极性连接要正确。Check connecting-wire according with drawing step by step, ensure correctness. 22、运行。检查信号、控制、合闸电源是否正常，闪光是否正确。Take the work of storage battery charge and discharge before DC system test. Check every circuit insulation after system operate stability, then make it running .进行 BZT 测试时，可在 PT 二次侧熔断器下侧加人三相100V 电压（注意 PT 在断开位置， PT 二次侧不能带电，防止PT 反送电）。按设计图纸要求逐项试验。满足图纸设计的切换自动投入的要求。Adding AC t

Test with controlling circuit when relay operated.检查次回路的相别时，可通入三相交流380V 电压，同时投入 PT，在其二次侧测量电压以校核、段母线的三相相别及零序电压（开口三角的电压）。Adding AC 3-phase voltage for 380V and close switch of PT, measure secondary voltage so that check I,II section bus primary phase sequence and
