8、 brands of battery other than GPI (Gold Peak), they need to seekapprovalfromTOP-TOYinadvance.假设供给商觉察除GPI (Gold Peak)外，还有其它品牌电池的供给商，需提前知会TOP TOY审核批准方可。For environmental purposes, TOP-TOY will only accept Ni-MH (Nickel Metal Hydride) rechargeablebatteries. Ni-Cd(NickelCadmium)batteriesareNOTacceptable

9、inanyinstance.为提倡环保，TOPTOY只承受Ni-MH(NickelMetalHydride)充电的电池，而不用镍镉电池。TOP-TOY is also selling several common types of batteries which are the European Duracell UltraAlkaline,underTOP-TOYsprivatejacket. 12、e RoHS Directives 2022/95/EEC & WEEE Directives 2022/96/EEC. A Declaration of Conformity for Compliance of RoHS Directive chopped and signed by the supplier must be submitted to TOP-TOY before inspection/ shipment.产品必需符合RoHS Directives 2022/95/EEC & WEEE Directives 2022/96/EEC的标准。在验货/出货前工厂需将签名及盖章的RO

13、HS申明书给TOP TOY。ProductmustcomplytothePhthalateDirectives2022/84/EEC.产品必需符合PVC 中无邻苯二甲酸盐2022/84/EEC的标准Colour migration must follow the TOP-TOY specified requirement.TOP TOY产品检验标准的要求做产品颜色转移测试Supplier must submit test reports to TOP-TOY with a Declaration of Compliance, which states that production is ma

14、de according to the sample tested. It should include a corresponding TOP-TOY item number prior to inspection.供给商必需将测试报告及申明书申明书需陈述产品是参照样办测试的给 TOP TOY。在检验前这些都需与TOP TOY产品编号全都。TOP-TOY will not accept self certification or letter of compliance.TOP TOY不承受自检证书或证明信If a product is altered in any way (except

15、packaging) and if the alterationaffects the safety of the product, new safety tests are required. The supplier is responsible for submitting testcertificates which cover all changes in the product.假设产品需变更除包装外，并且变更会影响产品的安全性，则需做重做安全测试。供给商有责任在测试申请表上注明产品变更事项。TOP-TOY recommends that a photograph of the p

16、roduct being tested, be attached togetherwith the test reports.TOP TOY建议将测试样办拍照并附在测试报告上。Poly Bags and shrink wrapping 胶袋包装及外包装Poly bags and shrink wrapping are used as a part of the retail packaging. The material symbolsshould be applied for both TOP-TOYbrandedandSuppliersstandardpackaging.TOP TOY的品

17、牌及供给商的标准包装。Shrink wrapping should be able to hold the weight of its contents and maintainthe shape of thepack when handled.外包装需能承受所装物体的重量，提起来时保持包装物不变形。Material of poly bags, likes LDPE, HDPE, PET, PP etc. must be shown on the bags according thesymbols as shown below.胶袋材料像LDPE,HDPE,PET,PP等，需按以下的标志印在胶

18、袋上。Poly bags must be of sufficient gauge to protect the contents from damage. PVC should not beused in poly bags for any TOP-TOY branded product.TOP TOY PVC 料做包装胶袋。Poly bags with an opening perimeter greater than 380mm must be of a gauge greater than 30microns or have ventilation holes. Such bags sh
