16、的踊跃性，真切做到了以学生为主体！二构造清楚，从导入，复习，阅读，写作四个大环节下手，步步紧扣假期计划的话题，由浅入深，由易到难，指引学生踊跃参加到讲堂教课中来！三运用表格剖析3a课文的构造，简化学生的负担，使内容更清楚了然，学生乐于达成老师交给的任务。并且一个表格三个用法：复习，剖析构造，指导写作，成效优异！不足：.备课不充分。课程设计无亮点，关于学生讲堂生成的问题没有给与适合的解决！学生反响较好，但教课方案趋于平庸，应加大备课力度，不单要备教材，更要备学生，多听课，学习老教师的优异的教课方法！.环节与环节之间的过渡语较僵硬，不连接，应增强基本功练习，备课时，多在环节之间的过渡上下时间，勤思虑，多练习！.语法句型解说部分，指引学生踊跃造句，但
