2、运转速度、时间显示等功能,来保证大钩在设定的地区内安全运转。功能及特色及时显示大钩相关于钻台面的高度,同时用模拟高度直观的显示大钩所处的地点。当大钩达到设定的预警高度时,进行声光报警,当达到设定的防碰高度的时候,在声光报警的同时,还供给刹车控制信号。采纳大尺寸的LCD显示屏,显示运转的高度值。采纳中英文两种语言显示,友善的人机界面,可使用户依据屏上的提示,迅速操作和正确使用仪表。除了显示高度外,还供给了时间显示和钩速显示,为司钻供给便利。采纳了不锈钢触摸键盘,雅观大方,防水密封,操作靠谱,寿命长,故障少。采纳拉纹不锈钢作为面版,整体成效好,雅观大方。传感器采纳特别电路和机械加工,工作稳固。技术

3、指标高度显示范围:-440.00米模拟显示范围:-435.00米防碰高度设定范围:035.00米预警距离设定范围:29米防碰输出:DC24V输入电源:AC200V15%5060HZ功率耗费:15W使用温度范围:-2080工作原理钻机游车高度数显防碰仪是石油钻机大钩运转高度指示与防碰控制的自动监控装置。微电脑控制器能够经过输入的初始参数:滚筒直径、滚筒有效长度、钢丝绳直径、滑轮组数,计算出滚筒每层均匀缠绳圈数。经过输入的操作参数:初始层数和初始层圈数,以及由传感器得到滚筒的角位移计算出滚筒旋转目前缠绳直径下大钩的运转行程。初始状态,微电脑控制器要求输入大钩在钻台面高度下滚筒轴上的钢丝绳层和圈数,

4、传感器收集滚筒角位移信号,输入中央控制器的微电脑芯片,经过计算后,获得大钩的运转高度,并在柱状液晶与字符液晶屏中显示即时的模拟与数字的大钩高度,且与预先已设定上防碰高度比较,当抵达报警线时开始报警,抵达上防碰地点时给电-气控制阀发出接通讯号,电-气控制阀导通控制防碰机构动作,实现防碰安全操作。操作说明1.开机连结好传感器电缆和电源电缆,按“电源”键,翻开,以下列图:看到上边的画面时,按上键或着下键,选择需要的语言。2.正常工作界面语言选择完后,就进入了正常的工作界面,以下列图:正常的工作界面上,有数字高度、模拟高度、钩速、时间和操作提示显示。在非防碰状态下,按“设定”键,可进入系统菜单,按“向

8、上为7针信号插座,将传感器连结电缆的7孔插头插入并旋紧。另一端接在司钻房的传感器输入7针信号插座上,或仪表上。中央控制器的安装中央控制器为嵌入式安装构造,在司钻台面板上依据构造尺寸开孔,并将中央控制器靠谱的固定在司钻台面板上。将电源线的4孔插头插入中央控制器后的4针插座内并旋紧,电源线的另一头靠谱的与房体内的电源相联接。电-气控制阀的安装依据气路连结关系连结电磁阀,电磁阀电缆线5P插头插入中央控制器的插座内。插座说明:电源电磁阀传感器开关量输出1开关量输出21AC220VL124V1信号A1开关触点1开关触点112AC220VN2GND2信号B2开关触点2开关触点2233324V33444GN
