4、业及办公楼为框剪结构,地下车库为板柱结构。表2-1-1 项目基本概况信息序号项 目内 容1工程名称2建设地点3建设单位4设计单位5监理单位6施工单位7质量监理单位8质量标准三、施工部署1、现场现状1.1 华润置地未来科技城北地块总承包工程项目位于北京市昌平区未来科技城核心区,项目施工场地平坦,施工主干道北门紧邻英才北二街,东门紧邻未来科技城主干道。1.2 甲方指定箱变在场地的东侧和北侧,有4台500KW的临电箱变作为现场施工临电电源,其中1号箱变、2号箱变、3号箱变3台箱变供现场使用,4号箱变供售楼部使用,靠近A-01#楼的箱变为1号箱变,靠近B-02#楼的箱变为2号箱变、3号箱变和4号箱变,

5、其中现场施工狭窄,在进行电缆埋设时,应着重注意电缆的防护。2、现场临电布置2.1 施工场区有四台500KVA箱变,三台箱变供现场使用,一台供售楼部使用。2.2 现场设配电室2间,1#一级配电箱一间,2#一级配电箱、3#一级配电箱一间,配电室内设总配电柜3台,1#箱变主要供工人生活区、项目办公室、钢筋场、木工厂、水泵房、A-02#楼塔吊,设置四个二级箱。2#箱变主要供A-01#楼、A-02#楼、A-03#楼、A-04#楼、A-05#地下车库使用,设置四个二级箱。3#箱变主要供B-01#楼、B-02#楼、B-03#楼、B-04#楼、B-05#开闭站、B-06#地下车库等使用,设置四个二级箱。2.3
