Thirty-seven-year-old Wilson Wu, of Toronto, admits that he is addicted to a role-playing game, which is equipped with a large multi-player mode.

22、 He started playing the game at university in 1995 and now spends five to seven hours a day in virtual reality. Coming home from work and then logging on to check email often leads to playing the game, explains Wu. This usually means I dont have time for other things like grocery shopping or cleanin

Researchers point out that gaming against others in a multi-player mode is more likely to devolve into compulsive behavior than playing solitary games against artificial intelligence: You need the presence of a lot of other people.
