2、peofSubjecttoThePartieshaveagreedasScopeofSubjecttotheterms andconditions ofthis Agreement,theCompany provides theServicetotheCustomer,thedetails ofwhich refer toAnnex 1 hereunder (the “Service”).Ifthereis anyconflictbetweenthemainbody andtheAnnexesofthisAgreement,theAnnexesshallEffective,TermandUnl

3、essotherwiseprovidedinAnnex1,thisAgreementshallbeinfullforcefromtheEffectiveDatetillthecompletionbytheCompanyof the obligations hereunder and the reasonable acceptance of the Customer.UnlessotherwiseprovidedinAnnex 1thisAgreementshallbeinfullforcefromtheEffectiveDatetill 【DateThisAgreementshallnotbe

Any and all information obtained by one Party duringthe execution and i

10、mplementation of this Agreementwill be deemed as trade secrets. No disclosure to any third party is allowed thedisclosingpartysLiabilityforIftheCompanybreachesanytermsofthisAgreement,theCompanywillcompensateanydirectlossessufferedbytheCustomerduetothe Companys breaches. However, in any case, such co

A supplemental agreement can be entered based on the mutual agreement.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedaccordingtothelawsofPeoplesRepublicofChina.Anydisputearisingherefromshall be resolved through mutual consultation in line with the principle of good faith by and between the Parties.
