The rate of penalty is charged at 0.5% of the total value of the cargo whose delivery has been delayed for every week

13、, odddays less than a week should becountedasaweek.Butthetotalamountofpenaltyshallnotexceed 5%ofthetotalvalueofthecargoinvolvedinthelatedelivery. Incase the Sellerfail otmakedelivery10weekslaterthantimeofshipmentstipulatedonthecontract,theBuyershallthe right to cancel the contract a nd the Seller sh
