精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上/r/n精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上/r/n专心---专注---专业/r/n专心---专注---专业/r/n精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上/r/n专心---专注---专业/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n生产能力核定报告/r/n贵州省煤矿设计研究院/r/n /r/n二〇/r/n一/r/n一/r/n年/r/n三/r/n月/r/n三十一/r/n日/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n生产能力核定报告/r/n法定代表人/r/n:/r/n项目负责人:/r/n李再凯/r/n贵州省煤矿设计研究院/r/n二〇一一年三/r/n月/r/n三十一/r/n日/r/n前言/r/n选煤厂生产能力是指在一定时期内煤炭洗选厂生产系统各环节所具备的综合生产能力,选煤厂核定/r/n生产能力/r/n为年度入选原煤量的最大值。/r/n选煤厂/r/n生产能力/r/n标志着一个独立完整的煤炭洗选系统正常的产出水平,是反映选煤厂技术经济特征的基本指标。科学合理、实事求是地核定选煤厂生产能力,是加强选煤厂生产能力管理的基础,是指导选煤厂科学组织生产的重要依据。/r/n核定选煤厂生产能力,可以为政府监管部门规范煤炭洗选企业生产行为,促进煤炭洗选企业提高科技装备水平,优化生产结构,改善安全生产条件,促进煤炭资源的合理开发利用,促进可持续发展提供依据。/r/n本次选煤厂生产能力核定/r/n,以/r/n六盘水市煤炭洗选行业治理整顿工作领导小组文件:/r/n“/r/n关于开展煤炭洗选厂生产能力核定的通知/r/n”/r/n(市煤整通字〔2009〕3号)/r/n、/r/n六盘水市煤炭洗选行业治理整顿工作领导小组/r/n办公室/r/n文件:/r/n“/r/n关于/r/n做好/r/n煤炭洗选/r/n企业/r/n生产能力核定/r/n工作有关事宜/r/n的通知/r/n”/r/n(市煤整/r/n办/r/n通字〔2009〕/r/n2/r/n号)/r/n精神为指导思想。/r/n本次选煤厂生产能力核定/r/n,以/r/n“/r/n规范化、科学化/r/n”/r/n作为核能方针;以/r/n“/r/n实地测定、统计分析、科学计算、实事求是、客观实际/r/n”/r/n作为工作要求。/r/n目录/r/n/r/n附表:/r/n六盘水市煤炭洗选企业基本情况调查表。/r/n选煤厂生产能力核定表。/r/n附图:/r/n选煤厂选煤工艺流程图。/r/n选煤厂总平面布置图。/r/n选煤厂交通位置图。/r/n附件:/r/n生产能力核定机构资质证书;/r/n选煤厂生产能力核定报告专家审查意见;/r/n选煤厂生产能力核定委托书;/r/n企业/r/n法人/r/n营业执照;/r/n排放污染物许可证;/r/n立项批准文件/r/n;/r/n取水许可证/r/n项目竣工验收/r/n意见/r/n书。/r/n概/r/n/r/n述/r/n核定工作的简要过程/r/n前期准备/r/n根据六盘水市煤炭洗选行业治理整顿工作领导小组文件:/r/n“/r/n关于开展煤炭洗选厂生产能力核定的通知/r/n”/r/n(市煤整通字〔2009〕3号)安排,/r/n贵州省煤矿设计研究院/r/n组织相关专业技术人员,收集/r/n《煤矿生产能力核定标准》等技术标准、规范和其他相关法律法规、技术资料,/r/n编制了开展选煤厂生产能力核定所需资料表格/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxxx/r/n月/r/nxxxx/r/n日,/r/n贵州省煤矿设计研究院/r/n召开专题会议,/r/n成立选煤厂生产能力核定工作组,/r/n认真学习有关法律、法规、技术/r/n标准、技术规范和/r/n要求,以及六盘水市煤炭洗煤行业治理整顿工作领导小组为此次选煤厂生产能力核定颁布的/r/n相关文件/r/n,/r/n领会此次核定的重要意义及要求,严明工作纪律,/r/n要求所有参加选煤厂生产能力工作的人员,科学、公正、合法、自主的开展工作/r/n。/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n属新建项目,于/r/nxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月建成并投产,并于/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月向/r/n六盘水市煤炭洗选行业治理整顿工作领导小组/r/n提交核/r/n能/r/n申请,经/r/n市煤炭洗选行业治理整顿工作领导小组/r/n同意批复后于/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月正式进入生产能力核定程序。/r/n接受委托签订合同/r/n贵州省煤矿设计研究院/r/n接受/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n的委托,于/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月/r/nxx/r/n日签订合同,/r/n并于当天/r/n组成/r/n选/r/n煤厂生产能力核定工作小组/r/n对其/r/n进行/r/n生产能力核定。/r/n现场调查/r/n选煤厂生产能力核定小组/r/n一行/r/nxx/r/n人/r/n到/r/n达现场后/r/n,向厂方介绍/r/n洗煤厂生产能力核定/r/n程序/r/n,并/r/n逐项/r/n调查/r/n、勘测/r/n。/r/n收集基础资料/r/n。/r/n向厂方提供了资料清单与相应表格,收集相应的文件资料与技术数据。/r/n查看选煤厂工艺流程图,各系统、各环节主要设备规格特征,以及实施扩建或技术改造的相应文件与批文。/r/n听取选煤厂技术负责人关于选煤厂/r/n概况,/r/n生产工艺、设备、产品的介绍,并现场核查。/r/n对生产系统各环节进行现场实查,重点是(1/r/n)原煤/r/n系统主要输送设备能力、(2)筛分、除杂、破碎设备能力、(3)选煤环节能力、(4)排矸环节能力、(5)煤泥处理回收系统能力、(6)原煤、产品煤储存与装车外运环节能力等/r/n。/r/n现场/r/n逐项调查/r/n、勘测/r/n了各种设备、设施的技术参数,同时做了详细的记录。/r/n编制选煤厂生产能力/r/n核定/r/n报告书/r/n核定小组整理相应的资料,根据选煤厂生产能力核定报告的要求/r/n与相关技术标准/r/n,/r/n对各生产环节的生产能力进行计算,/r/n综合选煤厂各系统各环节能力,/r/n提出选煤厂生产能力核定值,/r/n填写煤炭洗选企业基本情况调查表及生产能力核定表/r/n,/r/n于/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxxx/r/n月/r/n编制/r/n了/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n生产能力报告书/r/n初稿/r/n。/r/n报告/r/n初稿/r/n经/r/n贵州省煤矿设计研究院/r/n有关人员审查修改后,由公司技术负责人审查/r/n定/r/n稿,复制装订,/r/n报/r/n六盘水市煤炭洗选行业治理整顿工作领导小组审批/r/n。/r/n核定依据的主要法律、法规、技术标准/r/n、/r/n规范和/r/n规定/r/n《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》、/r/n《中华人民共和国煤炭法》/r/n、《中华人民共和国环境保护法》。/r/n国家发展和改革委员会、国家安全生产监督管理总局、国家煤矿安全监察局文件:发改运行[2006]819号“关于印发《煤矿生产能力管理办法》、《煤矿生产能力核定资质管理办法》、《煤矿生产能力核定标准》的通知”/r/n及其附件/r/n《煤矿生产能力管理办法》/r/n、/r/n《煤矿生产能力核定资质管理办法》/r/n、/r/n《煤矿生产能力核定标准》。/r/n《煤炭洗选工程设计规范》(/r/n中华人民共和国国家标准/r/nGB50359-2005)。/r/n《选煤厂安全规程》(/r/n中华人民共和国安全生产行业标准/r/nAQ1010-2005)。/r/n《建筑设计防火规范》(/r/n中华人民共和国国家标准/r/nGB50016-2006)。/r/n《煤炭工业技术政策》/r/n(/r/n99/r/n年版)。/r/n六盘水市煤炭洗煤行业治理整顿工作领导小组文件:市煤整通字【2009】3号《关于开展煤炭洗选厂生产能力核定的通知》/r/n。/r/n《六盘水市煤炭洗选企业生产能力核定办法》。/r/n《选煤厂设计》(煤炭工业出版社/r/n)/r/n。/r/n

/r/n选煤厂/r/n概况/r/n选煤厂建设/r/n历史/r/n情况/r/n立项审批(或核准、备案)情况/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n为年/r/n入洗原煤1/r/n2/r/n0/r/n万吨,/r/n该项目属兴建项目,/r/n于/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月/r/nxx/r/n日/r/n由六盘水市/r/n发展和改革委员会备案/r/n(/r/n市发改工业/r/n【/r/nxxxx/r/n】/r/nxxx/r/n号/r/n)/r/n批准建设/r/n。/r/n设计情况/r/n,设计生产能力;开工建设、施工、建成/r/n投产/r/n情况/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n由/r/n贵州朗城洁净煤技术工程有限公司/r/n设计,设计能力为年入洗原煤1/r/n2/r/n0万吨,/r/n工作制度为年生产330天,每天两班生产,一班检修,每班生产8小时。/r/n该厂于/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxxx/r/n月开工建设/r/n,/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxxx/r/n月建成,(/r/n项目/r/n总投资/r/nxxxx/r/n万元,其中环保设施投资/r/nxxxx/r/n万元)/r/n。/r/n选煤厂/r/n基本情/r/n况/r/n企业性质,地理位置,交通情况/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n位于/r/n……/r/n,企业性质属于私营。/r/n劳动定员共计/r/n150/r/n人,其中生产工人为/r/n1/r/n2/r/n0/r/n人,行政管理人员为/r/n3/r/n0/r/n人。/r/n厂区/r/n位/r/n于/r/n………/r/n,交通极为便利/r/n。/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n占地面积为/r/nxxxx/r/nm/r/n2/r/n(/r/nxxxx/r/n亩)/r/n,/r/n该片区内无自然景观和人文景观,无重要的文化设施/r/n。/r/n附/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n交通位置图/r/n水源、电源/r/n生产用水由洗煤用水、地面防尘、浇洒道路、厂区绿化、消防用水组成,合计/r/n420/r/nm/r/n3/r/n/d,/r/n(/r/n消防用水量为/r/n378/r/nm/r/n3/r/n/次/r/n)/r/n,年用水量/r/n14.5/r/n万m/r/n3/r/n。生活用水量/r/n25/r/nm/r/n3/r/n/d,年用水量/r/n0.9/r/n万m/r/n3/r/n。/r/n生产用水取/r/n自/r/nxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/r/n,/r/n从取水口经水泵抽送至洗煤厂/r/n自建容量150m/r/n3/r/n生产用水池,/r/n经生产水池自流至循环水池,由闸阀控制补充水量(/r/n抽水站/r/n至/r/n生产水池距离900米,扬程150米,抽水管管径80mm/r/n),/r/n满足生产要求/r/n。生活用水取自/r/n当地已建人饮/r/n工程,/r/n选煤厂自建有容量100m/r/n3/r/n生活用水池,/r/n满足生活要求。/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n生产/r/n电源来/r/n自/r/nxxxx/r/n变电站/r/n,/r/n本厂采用10KV、0.4KV供电系统,电源电缆选用YJV22-/r/n10kV3x70电缆,埋地引至主厂房高压配电室。厂区高、低压系统为单母线不分段接线方式,经电缆线路向厂区各配电点及用电设备供电,/r/n洗煤厂变压器/r/n型/r/n号/r/nxxxxxx/r/n,/r/n洗煤厂/r/n主要/r/n设备台数为/r/nxxx/r/n台,装机负荷/r/nxxxx/r/nKw,设备工作容量/r/nxxx/r/nKw/r/n,/r/n/r/n0.4kv供电设备/r/nxxx/r/n台,装机功率/r/nxxxx/r/nkw,/r/n供电变压器容量/r/n可/r/n满足要求。/r/n管理机构设置及专业技术人员配备/r/n设立/r/n有/r/n专门生产、安全、/r/n后勤、财务等/r/n管理机构/r/n,/r/n配备/r/n有/r/n三/r/n名/r/n选矿技术员。/r/n厂型、加工方式(/r/n不分级/r/n入/r/n选/r/n、分级入/r/n选/r/n)/r/n,选煤工艺/r/n厂型/r/n、/r/n加工方式/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n为群矿型选煤厂,设计生产能力为/r/n1/r/n2/r/n0/r/n万t/a。/r/n加工方式为不分级入选。/r/n选煤工艺/r/n该选煤厂采用重介-浮选联合工艺流程,/r/n精煤泥压滤、/r/n尾煤泥浓缩压滤工艺。/r/n各/r/n生产系统/r/n构成、/r/n工艺/r/n流程/r/n共分为四个系统/r/n(环节)/r/n布置,现分述如下:/r/n原煤/r/n受煤准备/r/n系统/r/n原煤来煤方式为汽车运输.原煤运至原煤储煤场,在储煤场设受煤坑,受煤坑的原煤经/r/n给煤机给至/r/n皮带运输机/r/n上/r/n运至原煤/r/n准备车间/r/n,/r/n经振动筛/r/n筛分后>/r/n50/r/nmm的原煤进入/r/n手选皮带人工选出大块矸石及杂物后进入/r/n破碎机破碎,破碎后与筛下/r/n</r/n5/r/n0/r/nmm的原煤混合,一起由原煤胶带/r/n输送/r/n机/r/n运至/r/n重介选煤车间。/r/n2/r/n、原煤分选/r/n0mm/r/n~/r/n50mm/r/n原煤无压给入三产品重介质旋流器进行分选,分选出精煤、中煤和矸石三种产品。精煤经弧形筛预脱介,直线筛脱介脱水分级后,大于/r/n13mm/r/n直接作最终精煤产品,小于/r/n13mm/r/n末精煤通过末精煤离心机脱水后混合大于/r/n13mm/r/n块精煤,由精煤带式输送机运至精煤/r/n仓/r/n储存;/r/n精煤弧形筛、精煤脱介筛下的合格介质与中煤、矸石弧形筛,中煤、矸石脱介筛筛下合格介质一起进入合格介质桶;精煤脱介筛筛下的稀介质进入精煤磁选机进行磁选,磁选精矿进入合格介质桶,磁选尾矿经振动弧形筛脱水后/r/n筛上物,再进入精煤泥沉降过滤式/r/n离心/r/n脱水/r/n机回收粗煤泥,粗煤泥掺入精煤作最终精煤产品通精煤皮带运至精煤场储存,振动弧形筛筛下水进入一次浮选入料池,精煤泥/r/n沉降过滤式/r/n离心机离心液同末精煤离心机离心液进入二次浮选入料池。/r/n煤泥重介系统:精煤脱介弧形筛下的合格介质部分分流至煤泥合格介质桶,用泵打至煤泥重介旋流器进行分选,选出精矿和尾矿,煤泥重介精矿进入精煤稀介质系统,煤泥重介尾矿进入中矸稀介系统。/r/n中煤产品脱介脱水后块中煤直接作为最终中煤产品,末中煤经离心机二次脱水作为最终中煤产品,块末中煤混合后由胶带输送机运至中煤仓储存,矸石经过脱介脱水后通过胶带输送机运至矸石仓储存。中煤、/r/n矸石脱介筛下的稀介质进入中/r/n煤、/r/n矸/r/n石/r/n磁选机,磁选机选出的精矿进入合格介质桶,尾矿进入一段斜管浓缩机。/r/n3、浮选系统/r/n精煤泥弧形筛下水自流至浮选入料缓冲池,用泵打至浮选系统进行煤泥分选,分选出精煤和尾煤,浮选精煤用精煤泥卧式沉降过滤离心脱水机回收,滤液自流到二次浮选入料缓冲池,用泵打至二次浮选系统进行煤泥分选,分选出精煤和尾煤,浮选精煤采用压滤机回收,浮选尾煤、中矸磁选尾矿自流至一段斜管浓缩。/r/n4、煤泥水处理/r/n进入一段斜管浓缩机/r/n煤泥经/r/n浓缩后,底流经泵扬至煤泥/r/n卧式沉降过滤/r/n离心/r/n脱水/r/n机回收,回收煤泥掺入中煤产品中,由中煤皮带运至中煤/r/n仓/r/n储存,一段斜管浓缩机溢流及煤泥离心机离心液进入二段斜管浓缩机。/r/n二段斜管浓缩机底流用尾煤压滤机回收尾煤泥,回收尾煤泥由尾煤泥刮板输送机运至煤泥场储存,二段斜管浓缩机溢流,尾煤压滤机滤液进入循环水池,作循环水用。/r/n5、/r/n产品储装运/r/n重介精煤和浮选精煤在/r/n精煤出厂胶带运输/r/n机上混合后/r/n经精煤进仓皮带/r/n转/r/n运至/r/n精煤仓储存/r/n。/r/n重介中煤脱介筛筛上中煤经/r/n中煤出厂皮带运至厂外/r/n,/r/n再经中煤进仓皮带运至中煤仓/r/n储存/r/n。/r/n矸石脱介筛筛上矸石/r/n经矸石/r/n出厂/r/n皮带运至/r/n厂外,再经/r/n矸石进仓皮带运至矸石仓/r/n储存/r/n。/r/n尾煤/r/n经压滤机下皮带运至煤泥堆场(另该公司正在建煤泥干燥系统,目前正进行土建施工)/r/n。/r/n本厂精煤、中煤、矸石三种产品全部进仓,由仓下闸门直接装车外运,尾煤泥落地后,通过装载机装车外运(干燥系统投产后煤泥产品水份干燥到10%以下直接通过皮带装车外运)/r/n,/r/n所有/r/n产品外运方式为汽车运输/r/n。/r/n附:工艺流程图。/r/n入洗煤种、入洗煤质/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n入选原煤来源主要是/r/n………/r/n、/r/n………/r/n该片区煤源充足能满足选煤厂生产要求。/r/n选煤产品数质量情况,煤质,煤的用途/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/n最终产品平衡表/r/n品种/r/n产率(%)/r/n灰分(%)/r/n入洗原煤/r/n100/r/n23.88/r/n精/r/n煤/r/n重介/r/n块/r/n精煤/r/n33.64/r/n10./r/n14/r/n重介末精煤/r/n21.88/r/n11.01/r/n浮选精煤/r/n7.61/r/n9.59/r/n小计/r/n63.13/r/n10.38/r/n中煤/r/n17.41/r/n32.63/r/n尾煤泥/r/n4.52/r/n50.37/r/n矸石/r/n14.94/r/n62.69/r/n合计/r/n100/r/n23.88/r/n注:原煤资料参考本地区煤源的原煤煤质资料和临近煤炭洗选厂煤质资料。/r/n选煤厂的精煤灰分要求Ad<1/r/n0.5/r/n%,主要供应/r/n攀钢、柳钢及昆钢;中煤产品销售给发电厂/r/n作电煤,/r/n泥煤主要供当地居民/r/n民用或配中煤销售电厂;/r/n矸石/r/n供砖厂/r/n。/r/n/r/n生产情况/r/n各/r/n生产/r/n系统、/r/n辅助系统运行情况/r/n目前该厂生产系统正常,各系统运转良好。工作制度是两班生产,每日开车16小时。原煤随时卸车,产品随时装车。/r/n前3年/r/n主要洗选产品的/r/n产/r/n量/r/nxxx选煤厂/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月正式投产,至/r/nxxxx/r/n年/r/nxx/r/n月共计/r/n入洗/r/n原煤/r/nxxx/r/n万吨/r/n
