4.唛头：买方应在合同装运期前30日内，将唛头的详细说明以明确的形式通知卖方，否则由卖方自行决定。

5.商品检验：买卖双方同意以卖方所在地中国进出口商品检验局提供的检验证书，作为品质和数量的交货依据。

CommodityInspection:ItismatuallyagreedthattheCertificateofQualityandQuantityissuedbytheImportandExportCommdityInpectionBureaatthesllers'placeshallbeconsideredasthebasisofdelivery.

6.索赔：有关质量的索赔，应于货到目的地后30天内提出，有关数量的索赔，应于货到目的地

后10天内提出，提出索赔时，买方须提供卖方认可的公证机构出具的检验报告，但属于保险公司或船公司责任范围内者，卖方不负任何责任。

7.仲裁：

在履行协议过程中，如产生争议，双方应友好协商解决。若通过友好协商未能达成协议，则提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会，根据该会仲裁程序暂行规定进行

仲裁。该委员会决定是终局的，对双方均有约束力。仲裁费用，除另有规定外，由败诉一方负担。Arbitration

Alldisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisagreementshallbesettled

throughfriendlyconsultations.Incasenosettlementcanbereached，thecase

indisputeshallthenbesubmittedtotheForeignTradeArbitrationCommission

oftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeforArbitration

inaccordaneewithitsProvisionalRulesofProcedure.Thedecisionmadebythiscommissionshallberegardedasfinalandbindinguponbothparties.Arbitrationfeesshallbebornebythelosingparty，uniessotherwiseawarded.
