/试卷讲评的反思试卷讲评的学习反思一直以来，我们的试卷讲评都是老师从头讲到尾，累的要死，很多学生听得索然无味。来到心得学校以后，通过向一些教学经验丰富的老师请教，尤其学习了校长在教职工大会上教给我们的经验后，我才明白，原来试卷讲评课也要充分发挥学生的主体作用，把课堂交给学生，让学生通过自我诊断、互相交流、自我修改的过程调动学生思维的积极性和敏捷性，提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力。在结合自己班级的实际情况和自己的学习所得的情况下，我发现在试卷的讲评过程中，如果能够做到以下几点，就一定能够达到我们的初衷。1、在试卷讲评前我们要做好测试情况的统计与分析，提高针对性和实效性，学生要做到自查存在的问题及原因。我们首先得对试卷进行认真的批阅和分析，对每道题的得分率进行细致的统计，对每道题的错误原因进行准确的分析，了解学生知识和能力的缺陷及教师在教学中存在的问题。这样试卷讲评课才会更具针对性和实效性。2、试卷发下去后，要给学生一定的时间订正，自查存在的问题及原因。要求学生作到在教师讲评试卷之前，明确自己出错的知识点有哪些及其原因。学生在教师讲评试卷前通过自评的方法先对试卷进行订正，对于一些问题能在教师讲评之前自己弄懂。可以充分利用好小组合作，以好帮差，学生讨论错误的原因，展示不同解答方法，教师巡视解决学生个别问题和发现共性问题。这样可以充分调动学生学习的积极性，让优等生有成就感，对知识理解更深入，让差生能通过他们自己的同等位置的交流方式去理解问题，提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力。3、讲解要有针对性，突出重点，关键是启发学生．讲评课教师应重在解题思路的分析和点拨，不要满堂灌输式的面面俱到、蜻蜓点水式的简单重复，要针对重点知识、主打题型、重要方法，对具有典型错误的代表题，要精心设疑，耐心点拨启发，并留给学生必要的思维空间，让学生悟深、悟透。4、在试卷评讲后，一定要引导学生及时进行试卷自我分析，自我反思和自我总结。借此让学生再次反思自己之所以做错某些题目的原因，并采取相应的改进措施，以免类似错误一犯再犯。我们可以这样做：①课后要求学生将错题改正后抄录到自己的订正本，并注明错误原因，以备日后复习之用。②要求学生针对自己的错题，重新自编一道内容相仿的习题进行练习。这样才能深刻剖析自己的错误所在，完全理解并消化原先缺漏的知识点。
