rkedoutasthedispatchingreference.3.3.2中小型施工机具应在施工前7天内进场并严格按照施工平面规划布置大型施工机具应在施工前3日内进场,防止过多的占用施工场地。Middleandsmallsizemachineryandapparatusshallbedeliveredtositesevendaysaheadofconstruction,andtheyshallbearrangedstrictlyinaccordancewiththeconstructionlayoutplan.Largesizemachineryandapparatusshallbedeliveredto完美整理Word格式sitethreedaysaheadofconstructionsothattheyshallnotoccupytomuchconstructionspace.3.3.3施工用水、用电工作应在正式施工前完成。Constructionwaterandpowersupplyingworkshallbecompletedinadvancebeforeformalconstructionisstarted.3.4施人安Personnel3.4.1参加压缩机组安装工程的施工人员应有压缩机的施工经验并按专业配备工艺管线安装、电气安装、配管焊接、仪表及机械专业等施工力量和相应的管理人员。并根据工程进度合理的调配。Thepersonnelwhotakepartincompressorunitinstallationworkshallhavecompressorinstallationexperiences.Theprofessionalprocesspipesinstallation,electricinstallation,pipeswelding,instrumentsandmachineryconstructorsandthecorrespondingmanagingpersonnelshallbeemployed.Theyshallbereasonablyarrangedaccordingtoconstructionprogress.3.4.2施工人员施工前,针对本压缩机组的施工特点进行专业技能培训和技术、安全交底,使作业人员熟知施工技术要求,和HSE注意事项。Beforeconstructionisstarted,professionaltechnicalandskilltrainingandHSEorientationshallbeperformedaimingatcompressorconstructionrequirementssothateachpersonnelshallknowconstructiontechnicalrequirementsandHSEprecautionsverywell.3.5施进计Constructionprogressschedule施工进度计划根据公司劳动力和资源及SECCO对施工进度要求的计划进行编完美整理Word格式制,见附录。ConstructionprogressscheduleshallbeworkedoutbasedonlaborforceandresourcesownedbycompanyandtheconstructionprogressrequirementsofSECCO,seetheappendix.4质控制计划Qualitycontrolplan4.1质方与量标QualitypolicyQualitytargets:质量方针:诚信为本,客满意,精品工程与国际接轨。Qualitypolicy:Sincerelysatisfyclient,createelaborateworksandmeetinternationalstandardrequirements.质目1.1单位工程质量合格率100,优良率98%以上。Unitworkqualificationrateshallbe100%,excellencerateshallbeoverthan92%.1.2现场返工率≤5%。Re-workrateshallbe≤51.3确保工程优良,争创国家级优质工程ToassurethatworksshallbequalifiedandcompeteforNationalExcellentWork4.3质保体Qualityassurance按照中石化三公《质量保证手册2002-C版立本工程项目质量保证体系,确保各个质量管理要素的正常运行,使施工现场质量管理处于受控状态,实现从传统质量管理方法向现代化管理方法转移。SettheQualityGuaranteeSystemofthisprojectaccordingtoQualityGuaranteeManual(2002-CEdition)compiledbyourcompanytoguaranteethenormaloperationofeachmanagementfactorsothatthequalitymanagementofconstructionsiteshallbe完美整理Word格式undercontrolandtorealizethetransformationfromtraditionalqualitymanagementmethodtomodernizedmanagementmethod.5压机组施工技措施Compressorsmeasures5.1施总要:constructionexecutionrequirements5.1.1
质量要求:Qualityrequirements5.1.1.1严格执行三建公司质量方针,要求大型机组试车一次成功;Thecompanyqualitypolicyshallbestrictlycarriedout.Thecommissioningoflargemachineryunitsshallbesuccessfulinonetime.5.1.1.2与机械相关系统的静密封无泄露率为100%单机试车机械密封无泄露率达到90%以上。Themachineryrelevantsystemsshallbe100%leakageproof,singleunitshallbeoverthan90%leakageproof.5.1.1.3对各种检测、试验要一丝不苟,施工记录要准确、及时、齐全,严格执行自检、互检、专业检查等检查制度。Allinspectionsandtestingshallbeperformedoutcarefullyandprecisely.Constructionrecordsshallbeaccurate,completeandintime.Theself-inspection,mutualinspectionandprofessionalinspectionsystemsshallbestrictlycarriedout.5.1.2吊装要求:Liftingrequirements完美整理Word格式5.1.2.1机械设备的吊装与运输,应执行《化工工程建设起重施工规范》的有关规定。MachineryandequipmentliftingandtransportationshallfollowtherelevantregulationsofChemicalWorkConstructionLiftingSpecifications.5.1.2.2设备吊装和运输时,不得将钢丝绳、索具直接绑扎在机加工表面,绑扎部位应适当衬垫,或将索具用软材料包裹,不得使硬金属直接与设备表面相接触,以免损伤设备表面。Duringequipmentliftingandtransportation,steelwiresandslingsshallnotdirectlycontactwithmachinerysurfaces.Thecolligationpositionshallbeproperlypaddedortheslingsshallbeproperlypacked.Hardmetalshallnotdirectlycontactwithequipmentsurfacessoastoavoiddamagetosurfaces.5.1.2.3机械设备的吊装和运输应根据包装标记或设备重心确定受力点,作业过程中,应使机器及主要部件保持水平状态。Toliftandtransportmachineryandequipment,theliftingpointsshallbeascertainedaccordingtothemarkonpackagesorthecenterofgravityofequipment.Duringwork,machinery,equipmentandtheircomponentsshallbeheldhorizontal.5.1.2.4吊装转子时,应使用制造商提供的专用工具。对自制的吊装工具及索具,应进行200%的工作负荷试验,时间不得少于1小时。Whiletoliftrotor,specialliftingtoolsprovidedbymanufacturersshallbeapplied.Self-madeliftingtoolsandslingsshallbesubjectto200%ofworkingloadtestinganditshalllastatleastonehour.5.1.3文明施工及产品保护Civilizedconstructionandproductsprotection完美整理Word格式5.1.3.1现场施工时应实行科学管理,做到文明施工,遵守施工工艺纪律,杜绝野蛮作业,必须做到“三条线(设备工机具、零配件、材料摆放一条线天(润滑油、清洗过的零件、打开的封头管线管口不见天地(使用的工量具、拆下来的零件、污油脏物不落地不准(没有火票不准动火;不戴安全帽不准进入现场;不系安全带不准高空作业;没有检查过的起重设备不准起吊;危险区没有安全栏或无人监护不准作业五不乱用(不乱用大锤、管钳、扁铲;不乱拆、乱卸、乱拉、乱顶;不乱动其它设备;不乱打保温层不乱用其它设备的零件、附件做到当班施工当班清,工完料尽场地清;Constructionshallbemanagedinascientificway.Constructorsshallobeyconstructionprocessdisciplinesandavoidviolations.Theyshallmeetthefollowingregulations,suchas:“Three-put-in-lineregulation”
(equipmentandtools,partsandcomponents,materialsshallallbeputinlines),“Three-no-opining-to-air”(Lubeoil,washedparts,openedsealingpipeopeningshallnotbeopenedtoair.),“Three–no-falling-to-ground”(measuringinstruments,removedparts,oilanddirtsundriesshallnotfalltoground,“Five-no-permission”(Nofireusewithoutpermission;noentryinsitewithoutsafetyhelmet,noheightworkingwithoutharness,noliftingwithoutliftingcraneinspected,noworkinginriskyareawithoutsupervisionandprotection);

+20±5525.3.3机组安装前应对基础作如下处理:Foundationshallbetreatedasfollowingbeforecompressorsareinstalled.5.3.3.1铲除基础表面的浮浆层,需要二次灌浆的基础表面,应铲出麻面,麻点深度不应小于10mm密度以每平方分米内3~5点为宜,表面不得有疏松层或有油污;Removethefloatedslurryonfoundationsurface.Thesurfacesshallberoughedifsecondgroutingisrequiredandroughedpitholeshallbemorethan10mmdeep;thereareshallbe3~5pitholespersquaredecimeters.Surfacesshallbefreeoflooseandoilgrease.完美整理Word格式5.3.3.2放置垫铁处的基础表面应铲平,其水平度偏差不应大于0.5mm/m与垫铁应均匀接触,接触面积不应少于50%;Trimthefoundationsurfaceswheresizingblockswillbeplaced,thelevelnessdeviationshallnotoverthan0.5mm/m.Thesurfacesshallcontactwithsizingblocksevenlyandcontactingareashallnotlessthan50%.5.3.3.3若须预埋垫铁,将放垫铁处的基础面铲出凹坑,用高于基础标号的水泥砂浆埋设平垫铁。平垫铁上表面的水平度偏差不应大于0.5mm/m标高偏差不应大于2mm,砂浆层厚度不得小于40mm;Thefoundationsurfacesshallbetreatedwherethesizingblocksarerequired.Flatsizingblocksshallbeembeddedwherethemortargroutingishigherthanfoundation.Thetopsurfacelevelnessdeviationofflatsizingblocksshallnotoverthan0.5mm/m,elevationdeviationshallnotoverthan2mmandgroutingthicknessshallnotlessthan40mm.5.3.3.4锚板与基础表面应均匀接触,触面积不得少于50%;Tieplateshallcontactwithfoundationsurfacesevenlyandthecontactingareashallnotlessthan50%.5.3.3.5螺栓孔内的碎石、泥土、积水等必须清除干净。Thegravels,clay,seeperinboltholesshallbecleanedout.5.4机就、平正Locatelevelalignassemblingunits5.4.1机组就位前的准备Preparationforcompressorunitslocating完美整理Word格式5.4.1.1机组采用无垫铁安装,铲去底座调整顶丝对应位置的基础浮层,用高于基础强度的水泥砂浆埋设支承顶丝的平垫铁。其水平度偏差不应大于2mm/m,标高偏差不应大于2mm。Compressorunitsshallbeinstalledwithoutsizingblocks,Itisrequiredtoremoveofftheunstablelayeroffoundationinthecorrespondingpositiontoadjustforcingoffscrews.Thelevelnessdeviationshallnotoverthan2mm/mandelevationdeviationshallnotoverthan2mm.5.4.1.2地脚螺栓光杆部分、锚板应清除油垢刷防锈漆二遍,底座与混凝土接触的部位必须清除油垢、油漆、铸砂、铁锈等。Oildirtshallberemovedfromthesurfacesoftheslickbarofanchorboltsandtieplatesandtwolayersofanti-corrosionpaintingshallbeappliedon.Oilgrease,paintings,castingsandandrustsmustberemovedfromthebasesurfacescontactingwithconcrete.5.4.1.3将汽轮机凝汽器、排气短节、膨胀节预先吊装就位,与汽轮机连接的法兰口应加设盲板,免脏物掉入。由于设备采购到货原因,造成凝汽器、排气短节、膨胀节无法提前到货,压缩机厂房钢结构急于施工经协调先将汽轮机吊装就位。这样势必造成汽轮机下部凝汽器、排气短节、膨胀节吊装就位的难度增加。施工方法详见机组的就位找正。Liftthesteamcondenserofturbines,exhaustpupjointsandexpansionjointsinpositionbeforehand;Blindplatesshallbeaddedonflangesconnectedwithturbinestoavoiddirtingress.Ifsteamcondensers,exhaustputjointsandexpansionjointscannotbedeliveredintimeowingtoequipmentpurchaseanddeliveryreasons,consideringconstructionofsteelstructuresofcompressorplantisurgent,steamturbinesshallbe完美整理Word格式liftedinpositioninadvanceaftercoordination.Itwillcertainlyincreasethedifficultydegreetoinstallcondensers,exhaustputjointsandexpansionjointsundertheturbine.Theconstructionmethodsaredetainedinpartofcompressorlocationandalignmentsection.5.5机就、平正levelandalignassemblingunits5.5.1压缩机组吊装就位时,底座和基础接触的表面用丙酮清洗干净,必须保持清洁、干燥、无油脂。另外底板与和基础接触的表面必须涂一层环氧底漆。Compressorbasesurfacecontactingwithfoundationsurfaceshallbecleanedbyacetoneanditshallbeclean,dryandfreeofoilgreasepriortoliftingcompressorsinposition.Oneepoxyprimershallbeappliedoncontactingsurfacesofbaseplateandfoundation.5.5.2压缩机组(汽轮机或压缩机)整体吊装就位,进行找正找平时应适当紧固地脚螺栓(拧紧力矩以不使底座变形为限)可用百分表监视,用塞尺检查支腿、轴承座与底座的接触情况。Whiletolift,levelandaligncompressorunits(steamturbineorcompressor),theanchorboltsshallbeproperlyfastened(fasteningmomentshallbelimitedsothatthebaseshallnotbedeformed),itcanbewatchedbydialindicator.Thecontactingbetweensupportframe,bearingpedestalandbasecanbecheckedbyclearancegauge.5.5.3上海赛科90万吨乙烯装置中乙烯压缩机组、丙烯压缩机组、甲烷制冷压缩机组的找平找正基准、要求见下面具体压缩机所述。Levelingandaligningreferencesandrequirementsofethylenecompressorunits,propylenecompressorunitsandmethanerefrigerationcompressorunitsinShanghaiSECCO900KT/YEthyleneComplexareincludedinthefollowingdetaileddescription完美整理Word格式ofcompressorunits.5.5.4压缩机附属设备安装应符合静设备、机泵施工方案的规定,按其执行在此不再赘述。Theinstallationofcompressors’auxiliaryequipmentshallbeinaccordancewiththespecificationsofthestaticandpumpsconstructionproposalandhereisnotintenttogiveunnecessarydetails.5.5.5乙烯压缩机组、丙烯压缩机组的凝汽器、排气短节、膨胀节的安装,此部分吊装应编制具体施工方案。Adetailedliftingproposalshallbeworkedoutforinstallationofcondensers,exhaustjointsandexpansionjointsofethylenecompressorsandpropylenecompressors.5.5.5.1将凝汽器用钢排子滚杠法移装到汽轮机出口正下方,制作专用提升门架提升凝汽器拆除其下方的滚杠道木先将凝汽器安装就位到基础上进行初步找平找正。Istallcondensertorightundertheoutletofturbinesbysteelroller;Fabricatespecialliftinggantrycranetoliftcondenserandremoverollerrailsunderside;Installcondenserinfoundationandcarryoutprimarylevelingandaligning.5.5.5.2将排气短节、膨胀节移装到此两台机组基础地坪面中间的场地,利用基础下部预埋钢板加固并焊接吊耳,竖直排气短节并组装连接好膨胀节。排气短节与膨胀节的连接时,垫片涂704密封胶螺栓均匀上紧,确保此法兰连接的质量。Installexhaustjointsandexpansionjointsinthemiddleofthetwocompressorsfoundation;Toreinforcebyadvantageofpre-embeddedsteelplatesunderfoundationandtoweldliftinglugs;Correctexhaustjointsandassembleandconnectexpansionjoints.Whiletoconnectexhaustjointsandexpansionjoints,apply704sealingagenton完美整理Word格式gasketsandfastenboltsbyevenforce.Flangeconnectionqualityshallbeassured.5.5.5.3先将汽轮机整体用顶丝、千斤顶提高200mm用200工字钢临时支承,与底座接合面用破布进行保护。Liftintegrateturbineto200mmheightbyterminalstrandandjackandtemporarilysupportitby200I-shapedsteel.Surfacecontactingwithbottombaseshallbeprotectedwithrags.5.5.5.4在汽轮机排气侧上方制作安装专用起吊门吊,整体吊装排气短节与膨胀节的连接件,将排气短节与膨胀节的连接件临时放置在凝汽器上。Fabricatespecialgantrycraneontopofexhaustingsideofturbinestoliftconnectingpartsofexhaustjointsandexpansionjointsintegrallyandleavethemoncondensertemporarily.5.5.5.5拆除汽轮机临时支承,将机组标高下降到设计标高,进行初步找平找正后,连结汽轮机出口与膨胀节法兰,垫片涂704密封胶螺栓均匀上紧,确保此法兰连接的质量。Removethetemporarysupportofturbine,leveldowncompressorselevationstothedesignedelevations;afterlevelingandaligningequipmentprimarily,connectoutletsofturbinesandexpansionjointflanges;apply704sealingagentongasketsandfastenboltsbyevenforce.Flangeconnectionqualityshallbeassured.完美整理Word格式5.5.5.6乙烯压缩机组的排气短节与膨胀节的连接件,待机组初步找平找正后进行吊装就位。乙烯压缩机组的找平找正的轴中心线、标高应以丙烯压缩机组的汽轮机为基准确保乙烯压缩机组与丙烯压缩机组的排气短节的连接焊口的标高一致、间距符合水平连通管的尺寸要求。Theconnectionpartsofexhaustjointsandexpansionjointsofethylenecompressorsshallbeliftedinpositionaftercompressorsareprimarilyleveledandaligned.Theaxialcenterlinesandelevationsforlevelingandalignmentofethylenecompressorsshallrefertothepropylenecompressors.Makesuretheelevationsofconnectionweldsofethylenecompressorsandpropylenecompressorsareuniformandspacesshallbeinaccordancewithdimensionrequirementsofhorizontalcommunicatingtubes.5.6二灌grouting上海赛科90万吨乙烯压缩机采用环氧灰浆进行二次灌浆,灌浆单位应编制详细的灌浆方案。待机组找平找正检查合格后,先进行预埋套管内的灌浆。建议采用H-A10灌浆料,预留100深,用环氧灰浆进行二次灌浆时一同灌注。SecondarygroutingofepoxygroutswillbeperformedforShanghaiSECCO900kt/yethylenecompressorsinstallation,forwhichthedetailedgroutingproposalshallbemadeoutbycorrespon
