中化国际全资子公司海南中化船务有限责任公司是国内规模最大的专业液体化工品船运经营实体之一，拥有40余艘载重1000吨至20000吨的IMOII/III型散装液体化学品船，能够提供国内沿海、国际远、近洋航线的液体化工品运输效劳。中化国际承运各种散装液体化学品、高危液体化学品、酸类、成品油、食用油、动植物油和其它特种化学品等货物，是国内唯一一家可承运PO〔环氧丙烷〕、TDI(二异氰酸盐酯)等高危液体化学品的船东。
