却完全依赖进口。1月8日,由我校教授团队的攻关项目《特大型水轮机控制系统关特大型水电机组技术的长期,同时也实现了诸多创新。WiththecontinualconstructionofoversizehydroelctronicprojectssuchasTheThreeGorgesDam,XiluoduHydropowerStationandXiangjiaDam,ovesizehydroelctronicgeneratingsethasaccountedfor60%oftheworld’stotal.Butforalongtime,thehydroturbinecontrolsystem,thecorecontrolequipmentofoversizehydroelectricgeneratingsetreliestotallyonimport.OnJan,8th,theprojectconductedbyProfessorWeiShou’steam-TheCriticalTechnology,CompletSetofEquipment&Industrializationof OversizeControl Systemsfor TurbineswontheNationalSecondAwardforScienceandTechnologyProgress.Thisprojectnotonlybreaksthelongtermforeignmonopolyofthecoretechnologyofoversizehydroelectronicgeneratingset,butalsomademanyinnovations.putercontrolcabinetofthehydroturbinecontrolsysteminThreeGorgespowerAnoversizehydroturbinecontrolsystemconsistsofthreeparts:thewaterdiversionsystem,hydroturbine,powergeneratorandgrid&load.OversizeControl Systemsfor ystheroleofadjustingtheguidevaneandbladeofhydraturbineandcontrollingthepoweroutputofthegeneratingset.Intheprocessofuse,hydroturbinecontrolsystemmustmaintainagoodcontrolperformance,controlthegeneratingsetquicklyandsteadilyandservethegrid.Itcanworkcontinuouslyforseveralmonthswithastrictrequirementforthecontrolperformanceandreliability.However,foralongtime,hasfailedtograspitscoretechnology.应速度慢、调节过程波动大、强迫停机的问题,甚至了俄罗斯水电站特大事故的惨剧,特大型水轮机控制已成为水电机组安全高效运行的重题。Withtheeverincreasingcapacityofhydroturbinegeneratingset,foreignhydroturbinecontroltechnologyhasfailedtokeeppacewiththedevelopmentofhydroelectronicgeneratingset.Problemssuchasslowreactionspeed,greatfluctuationintheadjustmentprocessandobligedhaltemergeoneafteranother,eventriggeringthetragedyofSamnangHydropowerStation.Oversizehydroturbinecontrolhasemergedasamajorproblemtothesafeandhighly-efficientoperationofhydroelectronicgeneratingset.Since1982,Prof.WeiShou’steamhasbeendevotedtothetheory,researchanddevelopmentofputerControl Systemsfor Turbines.Inthepast30years,theteamhasmadeinnovationsinthethreesubsystemsofhydroturbinecontrolsystem:adjustment,transferandhydraulicmachinery.Intermsoftheadjustmenttechnology,theteamfoundoutthereasonfortheinaccuracyoftheapplicationofhydroelectronicgeneratingsetclassicalmodelinoversizehydroturbinecontrolsysytemdesignandputforwardanewgridcombiningequivalentdammodelandthereservoir-generatingset-gridcouplingysismodel.Therefore,theteamfurtherresearchedanddeveloppedanewadaptiveadjustmenttechnologyandhydroturbineadaptiveputeradjuster,achievingaquickandsteadyadjustmentandadaptiontovariouskindsofgeneratingsetsaswellasengineeringenvironments.Intermsoftransfersystemandthehydraulicmachinerywithastrictrequirementforperformance,Prof.Wei’steammadeevenmoreinnovations.Inmakingupthecompletesetofequipment,Prof,Wei’steaminventedthemodulelevelcrossingredundantdual ernor,improvingthereliabilityofthesystem称冗余控制系统成套设备,实现了具有的特大型水轮机控制系统成套装备的创新Thankstotheinnovationincomprehensivetechnology,theoryandequipment,theteamfinallydeveloppedthecompletesetofequipmentofAsymmetricredundancycontrolsystemofoversizehydroturbinewithabrandnewmechanism,achievingtheinnovationinthecompletesetofequipmentofoversizehydroturbinecontrolsystemwithcharacteristics.篇学术。此外,教授还了4本专著,建立了水轮机控制系统从理论分析、优Theinnovationintechnologyandequipmentfurtherpushesforwardsthedevelopmentoftheory.Inthepast30years,Prof.WeiShou’steampublishednearly40academicpapersinthisarea.Besides,healsopublished4monographs,thusestablishingacompletesystemof Turbinesfromtheoreticalysis,optimumdesign,productdevelopmenttoengineeringapplication.OilpressuresupplyunitofthehydroturbinecontrolsysteminXiluoduXiluoduHydropower教授觉得,研发过程中最的时期应该是20世纪80年代的研发阶段。“那时候没有现Prof.WeithinksthatthemostdauntingperiodofR&Disinthe1980s.“Atthattime,wedidn’thavecomputerswithsuchahighperformance.AllourworkreliesonaZ-80singleboardcomputer”,recalledtheProfessor,debuggingtheprogrammebyasingleboardcomputerisratherdifficult,notonlyisthecapacitylimitedbutalsotheinputandchangeofprogrammeisnotaseasyastheoperationincurrentcomputers.随着计算机技术的发展,在国际上,教授团队率先在该项目中采用了可编程控制器和技术首先在当时国内机组容量最大的(55万千瓦)6台进口成Withtherapiddevelopementofinformationtechnology,ProfessorWei’steampioneeredinusingtheprogr blecontrollerandmodulelevelcrossingredundantdual withacomprehensivegraspofthehydroturbinecontroltechnology.Andin2003,theirtechnologywasfirstlyappliedinErtanHydropowerStationwiththelargestgenerationsetcapacityof550,000kwin,successfullyrecingthe putercontrolsystemofthe6importedsetsof OversizehydroturbinecontrolsytemhydraulicmachinerysystemandoilpressuresupplyunitinXiangjiaDamIn2009,the Systemsfor developpedbyProfessorWei’steamwasappliedintheGoupitan600,000Kwgeneratingset,takingtheleadintheapplicationofnationalindustralizedcompletesetofequipmentinoversizegeneratingset.Inthenextfiveyears,thissystemwassuccessivelyintheThreeGorges770,000Kwgeneratingset,Xiluodu770,000KwgeneratingsetandXiangjiaDam800,000Kwgeneratingsetwiththeworld’slargestunitcapacity.70万千瓦及以上成套装备供货企业首位,出口俄罗斯、巴西、英国等40多个国家900多套,近3年新增2亿Since2009,theequipmentdeveloppedbytheteamhasoccupied65%ofthedomesticmarketshareofthecompletsetequipmentofoversizehydroturbine,itscompleting
