62—2022 本规范适用于用电驱动测头运动以接触式测量物体厚度的电子厚度仪的校准。

8 校准项目 校准前应先检查电子厚度仪,确定无影响计量特性因素后再进行校准。 校准前应将标准厚度片或量块与电子厚度仪在室内平衡温度,平衡温度时间不
校准前根据说明书规定的时间对电子厚度仪开机预热。没有规定的,预热时间
