nationsonNEMICONEncoder throughrotatingdisc,fixingdiscandgettoAsdiscrotateswithshaft,receivergetsvaryinglightandoutputssinewavesignalsaccordingly.Sinewaveisthenamplifiedtosquarewaveandthusesoutputsignalsofencoder.RotatingRotatingFixedConstructionofRotaryBasicconstructionoftheencoderisshowninthebelow.Thereareseveralkindsoftheencoderswhosecon-structionsaredifferentfromeachothertypes,suchasthebuilt-intypethehollowshafttypeandsoon,butthebasictheoriesofthemareallthesame.Theencoderisthepreciseinstrument,andneedstheaccuratemechanismtomaintaintheaccuracyofthephoto-electronicsystem.Especially,thethrustdeviationoftheslottedcodewheelanddiscementofthediskcausedbythetemperaturechangearethemainproblems.Weresolvetheseproblemsbyouroriginalofthephoto-electronicsystemandtheelectronic
withaglassTheshaftoftheencoderisholdwithapairofbear-ings.Anexcessiveloadtotheshaftmaydeterioratethelifeand/oraccuracyoftheencoder.Avoidanexcessiveloadtotheshaft.Enoughpowersupplytoencodershouldbeguaran-teed.Unsatisfactorypowersupplymayresultinanabnormaloutputwaveform.Forencoderoutputconnection,useashieldedcable.ToavoidACinterface,thecableshouldberunapartfromheavydutyACTheumlengthofthecableis5mforVoltageoutput,and10mforOpenCollectoroutput,butLineDriverouputispreferableifthereisinterferenceofAssomeopticalcomponentsareusedintheencod-er,theinfluenceofdust,oil,waterandetc.shouldbeminimizedwheninstalling.Thespecificationandmechanicaldimensionsaresubjecttobechangedwithoutpriornotice.Precautionsfor Don'tDon'texpandorDon'tDon'tbendthecordinasharpangle.<Power Connectwithaflexiblecouplingsuchasabellowscouplingbetweentheencoderandtherevolutionalshaft.FlexibleDon'tbindtightlyslipdowntheircenteroftheshaftsover0.1mmlikebothsideofdrawingsabove.
