摘要:中国企业海外直接投资(OFDI)在近年来飞速增长,越来越多的国内优质企业通过海外并购,在全球范围内加速布局并实现全球化战略。本文选取中国OFDI上市企业为研究对象,通过对其在全球的海外生产区位布局进行分析,探讨其布局策略及特点。研究结果表明,中国OFDI上市企业海外生产区位布局呈现多样化趋势,东南亚、欧美地区成为企业关注的重点区域,而非洲、南美洲、中东等地则相对较少。同时,在布局上还表现出一定程度的“政策导向性”,即优先考虑目的地国政策支持力度较大、经济条件较好的地区。此外,本文还分析了企业海外生产的动机和盈利模式,认为企业在进行OFDI时应根据自身实际情况和市场需求合理选择生产区域,同时采取互补发展和合理配置资源的策略,以实现海外投资的高质量发展。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,theoutbounddirectinvestment(OFDI)ofChineseenterpriseshasgrownrapidly.Moreandmoredomestichigh-qualityenterprisesareacceleratingtheirgloballayoutandrealizingtheirglobalizationstrategiesthroughoverseasmergersandacquisitions.ThispaperselectsChineseOFDIlistedcompaniesastheresearchobject,andanalyzestheiroverseasproductionlocationlayout,exploresitslayoutstrategyandcharacteristics.TheresearchresultsshowthattheoverseasproductionlocationlayoutofChineseOFDIlistedcompaniesisshowingadiversifiedtrend,andSoutheastAsia,EuropeandtheUnitedStateshavebecomethekeyregionsofenterpriseattention,whileAfrica,SouthAmerica,theMiddleEastandotherregionsarerelativelylessattention.Atthesametime,italsoshowsacertaindegreeof"policyorientation"inthelayout,thatis,priorityconsiderationofareaswherethedestinationcountry'spolicysupportisstrongandeconomicconditionsarebetter.Inaddition,thispaperalsoanalyzesthemotivesandprofitmodelsofenterpriseoverseasproduction,andbelievesthatenterprisesshouldreasonablychooseproductionareasbasedontheirownactualsituationandmarketdemandwhenconductingOFDI.Atthesametime,adoptcomplementarydevelopmentandrationalallocationofresourcesstrategiestoachievethehigh-qualitydevelopmentofoverseasinvestment.

WhenconductingOFDI,thelocationofoverseasproductionisacriticalfactorthatdirectlyaffectstheinvestmentoutcome.Asaresult,Chineseenterprisesneedtodeterminethemostsuitableproductionareasbasedontheirownneedsandthemarketdemand.Somecompaniestendtochoosedevelopedcountriesorregions,suchasEuropeandNorthAmerica,astheiroverseasproductionbasesbecauseoftheiradvancedtechnologyandabundantresources.Meanwhile,othercompaniesmayfocusmoreonemergingmarketsinAsia,LatinAmerica,andAfricaduetotheirgrowingmarketpotential.

Lastly,Chineseenterprisesshouldalsoconsidertheculturaldifferencesandadapttheirmanagementstyleandcommunicationstrategiesaccordingly.Understandingandrespectingthelocalcultureandcustomscanhelpenterprisesestablishastrongrelationshipwithlocalstakeholders,includingemployees,customers,suppliers,andgovernmentofficials.
