职责ItistheresponsibilityoftheindividualprocessstreamandOSBLEngineeringContractorstodesigntheabovementioneddrainagesystemsfortheirrespectiveunits.Thedesignanddetailoftheindividualdrainagesystemsshallbecoordinatedtoensurethattheoverall***systemsareintegrated,effective,simpleandeconomic.InundertakingthisdesigntheEngineeringContractorshalldesignthesystemsinaccordancewiththe***SpecificationsandStandardsandNationalandLocalregulations.AlistofapplicablespecificationsandstandardsareasgiveninSection3.0ofthisdocument.为各自单位设计上述排水系统是各设计单位及OSBL工程承包商的职责。各排水系统的设计和细节应协同设计以使整个***系统是一体的,有效的、简单的和经济的。在设计中工程承包商应使系统设计符合***规范和标准和国家的和地方性的设计规范。适用的规范和标准列表于如这份文件的第3.0节。SPECIFICATIONSANDSTANDARDS 规范及标准Thedesignandconstructionofthedrainageworksshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowing: 排水系统的设计和建设必须符合下列要求、规范:***StandardforDrainage SD-00-TSC-CV-0010***的排水标准ShanghaiDrainageProcedure 上海地区排水标准SanitaryStandardforDesignofIndustrialEnterprises TJ36-79工业企业设计卫生标准DESIGNBASIS设计基础UltimatelyallwastewaterwilldischargeintothesystemsprovidedbytheShanghaiChemicalIndustrialComplex(SCIP).CleanstormwaterwilldraindirectlyintotheexistingSCIPdikesystem.Afterprimarytreatmentwithinthe***plotcontaminatedstormwater,processwastewater,sanitarywasteandacid/alkaliwastewaterwillbedirectedtotheSCIPWaterTreatmentfacility.所有的污水最终将会排入SCIP的污水系统。清净雨水将直接排入已存在的SCIP雨水系统。经初步处理後的地面污染雨水,生产污水,生活污废水和酸/废碱污水将会被排至SCIP的污水处理厂。ThestormwaterdrainsaretobedesignedusingtherainfallintensityformulagivenintheShanghaiDrainageProcedure:雨水排水设计必须按上海排水标准的的降雨强度公式Intensityi
