语法分析句中"neverworrying"为现在分词短语作状语表示伴随。本课的许多

句子中出现了现在分词作状语的例子,如:

语法小结:现在分词是动词和形容词或动词和副词的结合体,在句子中可以作

多种成分。

现在分词或分词短语作状语相当状语从句。

(1)拌随状语Theystoodthereforanhourwatchingthegame.

=Theystoodthereforanhourandwatchedthegame.

(2)原因状语种Notknowingheraddress,wecouldn'tgetintouchwithhe匚

=Becausewedidn'tknowheraddress,wecouldnJtgetin

touchwithher.

(3)时间状语Hearingthenews,theyalljumpedwithjoy.

=Whentheyheardthenews,theyalljumpedwithjoy.

(作状语时,前面还可以加上when,while等,表示动作和谓语动词动作几乎同

时发生。有时也可以加before,whether等共同作状语。本单元中有许多这样的例

子)
