ClassClass4andClass2melttogether:WCRcableWCR离

AftermodificationClass2melttogetherClass2melttogether:RSshallfixtheINT6cablewithINT4andINT5cablesbecauseoftheirsameclasssignal.车辆需要将INT6和INT4INT5电缆固定在一起,因为他们是相同等RSshallensurecablesegregationasshowninthe车辆供应商需确保电缆按照图中所表示的进行6WCRcableontheWCR电缆在ThetrainlineswhichgooutfromthecabinetfloortotheWCRINTplugsarecomple ymelttogether.Class4andClass2melttogether:RSshallclearthecableroutingofthetrainlineslinkedtotheINTplugs车辆供应商需要理清INTClass4andClass2separatedasmuchaspossible:OKRSshallensureagoodsegregationofthesecablesandseparateClass2fromClass4cables.车辆供应商需要确保将等级2至等级4电缆进行很好地7WCRWCRgroundingconnectioniswellensured.WCR节点连接得到了很好的保证。RSshallfollowedtheconnectionforall车辆方确认后续列车采SWPINSPECTIONSWP检Item项Pictures车辆方8SWP接地连接TheconnectionoftheSWPracktothegroundiswellensured.SWP机架的接地连接需要保证。车辆方确认后续列车采用同RSshallfollowedtheconnectionforallThecableroutingfromthenetworkWCRcablestothetwoSWUisnotveryclear.WCRSWUThepowersupplycableistoocloseofthenetworkPowerCableroutingundertheWCRshallbeWCR车辆方同意现场整改并将同信号方签署柜内走线施工标9SWPcableSWP线PowersupplycableforSWUshallbeisolatefromnetworkSWU电源电缆需要与网络线进行SWUcableSWU电缆隔TheSWUpowersupplycableistoocloseofthenetworkcables.SWU电源电缆与网络线过于接近。RSshallensureenoughdistancebetweennetworkandpowersupplycables(atleast40mm).车辆供应商需要保证网络电缆和电源电缆间足够的距离(车辆方同意现场整改并将同信号方签署柜内走线施工标INTINSPECTIONINT检Item项Pictures车辆方INT连线INTsocketshavebeenallremovedandopened.INT插座全部被打开。NomajorissueshasbeendetectedexceptthefollowingremarksINT2plugisopened.INT2插头被打开INT2iswellwiredaccordingtoAlstomspecification.ButSIGmendtoinsertthesockprotectionintothecablegland.INT2Alstom手册很好地被连线。但是信号供应商建议将电缆保护层ThisremarkisapplicableforallINTINT车辆方同意现场整改并将同信号方签署柜内走线施工标准INTsocketsgroundconnectioniswellensuredtotheINTpanel.Thispanelisalsoitselfwellconnectedtoagroundingpoint.RSshallfollowedtheconnectionforall车辆方确认该板已经接gINT点NETWORKINSPECTION网络检N°ItemPictures车辆方Asthetrainwasnotyetassembleditwasnotpossibletocheckthenetworkjumper.SIGrequestthatthenetworkjumperensuresthegroundcontinuitybetweencarsSIGrequestthatthenetworkjumperiscorrectlysecuredbetweenthetwotraincarandthatthecablehangsdownnaturally.车辆方已完成组装,信号供应商将Thereisnogroundcontinuitybetweenthejunctionboxcarandthenetworkconnectorsocket.RSshalluseawiretoensurethegroundconnectionoratleasttoremovethepaintbetweenthesocketandthejunctionboxtoensurethegroundcontinuity.车辆供应商需要增加一个接地线来确保接地连接或者至少去除连接盒和gpointSIGnetworkcablesareroutedintoa6QuintaxsocketconnectorwhichisnotAlstomstandardsolution.6QuintaxAlstom的RSshallmakespecificattentionbecauseofEMC的Thenetworkcableshaveaproximityaround350mmwith110VDCcablesattheexitofthejunctionbox.RSshallguaranteethatthisdistanceshallnotbeloweredalongtheholetraindistante.ThegroundingconnectionoftheRSWwithitssupportisnotensured.RSW与支架的接地连接无法确认。

RSshallensurethatthejumpersforthefirsttrainwillbecorrectlywiredaccordingthewiringspecificationandadjustedtothegoodlength.车辆供应商需要确保第一列车的跳线根据布线手册准确进行接线,并Therearnutofthemountedplugoftheantennajumpercanbeunscrewedbyhand.
