positionsummary:tomanageanddevelopsupplierstoprovidequalityproducts,inthecategoryofapplicatorrawmaterialsandfinishedgoods,toachievequalityandoperationalexcellenceforprocurementinasiapacificregion.toownsupplierperformanceintermsofquality,andotherrelatedmetrics.

responsibilities:

conductqualityinspectionofapplicatorrawmaterialsandfinishedgoodsmadeinasiapacificregion.ensureallgoodsmeetingagreedspecificationandqualityplanbetweenswandsuppliers,beforebeingshippedtousorotherregions,rejectnon-conformityproducts.

assistsupplierstosetupasolidqualitycontrolsystem,withemphasisonincomingrawmaterial/componentinspection,andinprocessqualitycontrol,outgoingqualitycontrol.sowemayreduce/eliminateourownoutgoingqcinspectionmentionedabove.

tracksupplierpqrperformanceonregularbasis,assistthesuppliersonproblemsolvingprocesstofindtherootcauseandimplementcorrectiveactions,soastoeliminatetheproblempermanently.

performqualityaudit,measureandtracksupplierqualityperformance,workwithcolleaguesandsupplierstoinitiateandimplementsupplierdevelopmentplan.

职责描述:

1.依据公司发展战略，规划并搭建适应公司发展的选购 体系与质量管理体系。

2.依据业务发展需求，搭建并管理选购 、质量团队，通过人才培育和机制推动，打造有风清气正、严谨高效的选购 与质量队伍，构建适应公司发展的选购 与质量人才梯队。

3.依据业务发展需求，构建供应链网络，定期开展供方管理评估和持续优化工作;牵头开展供应商书目管理，储备及优选初步符合条件的有竞争力的供应商，依据需求刚好寻源引进有竞争力供应商，动态提升供应商网络竞争力水平。

4.全面负责公司选购 业务，推动选购 定点刚好完成，实行有效措施推动选购 降本，确保公司需求物料供应刚好。

5.负责公司质量目标制定，并实行措施，促使相关业务部门通过努力达成既定的质量目标。6.全面负责公司质量管控业务，实行措施持续稳定和提升零部件质量;牵头开展新产品准入质量管理、产品制造过程质量限制及整车质量检验与限制工作;依据制造过程质量问题与市场信息反馈，牵头以问题分析和闭环的方式开展质量改进工作，在兼顾成本的前提下持续提升产品质量。

任职要求:

1.本科以上学历，有15年以上汽车及相关行业选购 、供应链管理和质量工作领域从业经验，有选购 团队、供应链管理团队或质量管理团队负责人以上职位3年以上工作阅历。

2.熟识ts16949、iatf16949等质量管理体系，了解质量五大工具的运用。

3.熟识汽车零部件供应商分布，有良好的供应商资源。

4.熟识汽车及零部件行业发展趋势，了解行业新技术、新材料的运用。

5.具备较强的领导力、沟通协调实力、商务谈判实力、人际交往实力。
