1010**10kV施工设计说明书1、设计依据**10kV负荷及进展状况,依据国家有关规程、标准和标准而进展设计。有关的设计标准:1〕GB50052-202320kVGB50053-2023低压配电设计标准GB50054-2023电力工程电缆设计标准GB50217-2023民用建筑电气设计标准JGJ/T16-2023GB/T50065-2023 沟通电气装置的过电压保护和绝缘协作设计标准GB/T50064-2023并联电容器装置设计标准GB50227-2023电力装置继电保护和自动装置设计标准GB50062—2023GB/T50063-2023《V1.0《10kVCSG-10YK-ZJ-06、CSG-10YK-GP-18、CSG-10YK-GP-19、CSG-10YK-DP-07、CSG-10YK-DP-19、CSG-10YK-AZ-01、CSG-10YK-AZ-02、CSG-10YK-AZ-10、CSG-10YK-AZ-11、CSG-10YK-AZ-12、CSG-10YK-AZ-132、设计范围接。施工单位按本设计要求施工。3、供电概况本工程为**10kV19400kVA11250kVA41600kVA9本工程承受10kV双电源供电,10kV电源1从电源点1承受YJV22-8.7/15kV-3x3001H〔二进四出1H19400kVA;10kV2点2承受YJV22-8.7/15kV-3x300电缆敷设至装2H〔二进四出2H19400kVA。2回10kV1H、2H11回至重要负荷用电末2211800kW11000kW4、主要内容10kV电源点本工程承受10kV双电源供电,10kV1从电源点1承受YJV22-8.7/15kV-3x301H环网柜〔二进四出1H19400kVA;10kV电源2从电源点2YJV22-8.7/15kV-3x302H环网柜〔二进四出环网柜出线至配电房高压进线,供电容量为19400kVA。2回10kV电源引来至本工程1H、2H环网柜的线路局部见线路工程设计。电缆选择及计算序号额定容量10kV定电流选择电缆规格序号额定容量10kV定电流选择电缆规格载流量内容〔kVA〕(A)(ZRYJV22-8.7/15kV)〔A〕110kV119400x0.4=7760448.03*300552210kV219400x0.4=7760448.03*30055231250kVA125072.23*7022341600kVA160092.43*9527610kV/0.4kV供、配电低压供电系统承受三相五线制供电线路通过电缆沟〔或埋管〕敷设到建筑物强电井内,再分接到各用电点。在高压计量柜里安装关口计量装置和电力负荷掌握装置〔GPRS通讯卡,完成相关电流、电压及负荷信息的数据采集〕,预留表计安装位置,配置低压动态无功补偿装置。变压器低压无功补偿按变压器容量的20%~40%进展配置。5、主要技术原则:配电站、开关站选址原则1〕深入或接近负荷中心;2〕进、出线便利;3〕接近电源侧;4〕设备吊装、运输便利;不应设在有猛烈振动或有爆炸危急介质的场所;不宜设在多尘、水雾或有腐蚀性气体的场所,当无法远离时,不应设在污染源的下风侧。不应设在厕所、浴室、厨房或其他常常积水场所的正下方,且不置实地选择。站址的环境按以下因素考虑:1〕四周空气温度:-25℃~+40℃2〕最高平均气温:+35℃3〕海拔高度:≤2023m海拔超过1000m电瓷产品,其外部绝缘的冲击和工频试验电压,应符合现行国家标准《高过1000m设计风速:35m/s地震烈度:7度污染等级:〔户外〕〔户内〕〔户外〕本工程污染等级按一般地区考虑。供电电压高压为10kV;低压为0.38/0.22kV。短路电流为取得合理的经济效益,协作10kV断路器的开断电流和配电设备的电流大于25kA时,设备的短路电流水平应依据实际状况提高为31.5kA。本工程就变压器低压侧母线出三相短路电流进展估算:表6-1 三相短路电流估算表12500.461804.330.116000.462309.538.5变压器额定容的额定电压S变压器额定容的额定电压S〔kVA〕e电压百分数UkU〔kV〕e〔%〕I〔A〕ed其中:Se--kVAIe---变压器低压的额定电流AUe---变压器低压的额定电压VUk---变压器的阻抗电压百分数Id--A负荷分类及供电方式1〕本工程属医院用电,其中,各消防用电、医疗设备为一级供电负荷,其余均为三级负荷。正常供电方式:10kV电源1、2各自主供局部负荷。保安电源:当其中1回电源失电时,另1回电源供给备供电源,同时用户自备发电机为局部负荷供给应急电源。本工程一般负荷选用铜芯塑料绝缘电缆或铜芯塑料绝缘导线,消防负荷干线局部选用耐火电缆直接敷设敷时应敷设在非燃烧体构造内,其保护层厚度不应小于30mm。主要设备和元件的选择高压开关柜的选择1〕10kV开关柜。操作电源承受电压为220V的直流电源。高压柜的外壳防护等级为IP3X。本工程断路器选用技术先进的长寿命少维护的断路器,断路器带过〔各进出线开关断路器保护方式参见《10kV系统接线配置图》〕。配置故障指示器、带电指示器,并能供给二次核相功能。配电变压器选择D,ynll变压器。短路阻抗:容量在630kVAUk=4%;容量在630kVA及以上:Uk=6%。100kg变压器室。干式应选用102023kVA带风机、温显温控系统。主接线配电房凹凸压配电装置均承受单母分段接线形式。继电保护及电气测量电流互感器、电压互感器、指示信号,掌握和保护电源配置要求。1〕保护装置与测量仪表不宜共用电流互感器的二次线圈。保护用电流互感器(包括中间电流互感器)的稳态比误差不应大于10%。2〕在正常运行状况下,当电压互感器二次回路断线或其他故障能使作并发出信号;当保护装置不致误动作时,应设有电压回路断线信号。在保护装置内应设置由信号继电器或其他元件等构成的指示信号,且应在直流电压消逝时不自动复归,或在直流恢复时仍能维持原动作状态,并能分别显示各保护装置的动作状况。当用户10kV〔用户〕等级较高时,宜承受直流操作。直流系统的电压宜选择为220V110V,充电装置承受高频开关电源,模块按N+1配置,电池容量依据实际状况设计确定。6〕当承受沟通操作的保护装置时,短路保护可由被保护电力设备或变电站所用变压器取得操作电源。本工程高压配电房配置65Ah直流电源一套〔2面直流屏〕,作为操作及保护电源〔DC220V〕。保护配置1〕计量柜计量柜承受固定开关柜。2〕电源进线柜〔见高压系统图〕。3〕变压器出线柜装设定时限过流、速断和微机保护,干变超温跳闸保护,高温发信;油变重瓦斯跳闸,轻瓦斯发信;密闭油变压力过高跳闸,压力偏高发信;跳闸应动作于断开变压器各侧断路器400kVA及以上的建筑物室内可燃性信号。对于400kVA及以上、线圈为三角一星形联结、低压侧中性点直接侧的过电流保护,保护装置应带时限动作于跳闸。电气测量仪表的测量范围和电流互感器变比的选择定值的条件运行时,仪表的指示在满量程的70%。二次回路电气参数电压220V;电流互感器二次电流5A0.2s要求0.510P100V,计量精度要求0.2级;测量精度要求0.5〔详见凹凸压系统图〕。计量本工程负荷承受高供高计在高压配电房内计量设高压计量柜2面,分别对电源1和电源2进线计量,电源1进线计量柜表计配置:配CT:600/5A 0.2S2只,配10/0.1kV 0.2级PT2只,装设100V1(10)A多功能电子表一只计非居民照明电价〔电,并安装负控装置一套;电进线计量柜表计配置:配CT:600/5A 0.2S2只,配10/0.1kV 0.2级PT2只,装100V1(10)多功能电子表一只计非居民照明电价〔电,并安装负控装置一套。各计量表计均由供电部门供给,并加铅封装。无功补偿〔1〕10kV及以下无功补偿宜在配电变压器低压侧补偿,且补偿后功率因数不宜低于0.9。〔2〕无功补偿应依据就地平衡的原则进展配置,可承受分散就地补偿和集中补偿相结合的方式,优先考虑分散就地补偿。装设变压器容量在100kVA及以上的变电站,必需进展无功补偿。其中室内变电站和预装箱式变电站宜实行动态无功补偿装置,补偿容量依据负荷的性质确定,一般按变压器容量的20~40%在低压配电室集中补偿。本工程动态无功补偿装置具体配置1600kV480kva容量,1250kVA变压器配置360kvar无功容量。掌握与操作真空断路器承受快速分、合闸的弹簧储能操动机构,高压隔离开关承受〔柜安全牢靠的运行和修理,高压设备配置防止误操作的闭锁装置。防雷接地本工程10kV配电系统中的配电变压器的高压与低压侧均装设避以及金属外壳等连接在一起。〔含建筑物的保护范围内的变电站,承受在建筑物上的避雷带进展保护,避雷带的每根引下线冲击接地电阻不宜大于30Ω,其接地装置宜与电气设备等接地装置共用。高、低压进出线宜承受电缆埋地敷设方式。与10kV架空线路连50m不大于50m接,并应与电气设备的接地装置牢靠连接。〔金属屋面和钢筋混凝土屋面的钢筋应与变电站的接地网牢靠连接(见配电房接地平面图)。接地装置本标准设计承受高压电力设备与低压电力设备共用接地装置的方式,选用φ16∠50×50φ50,δ=5的钢管。其接地电阻不宜超过4Ω;假设仅用于高压电力设备的接地,其接地装置接地电阻以不宜大于10Ω体埋设深度不得少于0.8不少于两根接地引线与变电站人工接地网的不同地点相连〔见箱变地网平面图变电站四周加装散流装置和均压带。低压承受三相五线制供电系统,接地承受TN-S系统,整个系统的中性线〔N〕和保护线〔PE〕分开,各系统共用接地极,总等电位连接,在地下室配电所设总等电位端子箱〔MEB〕;局部等电位连接,在住户PE线应当与局部等电位和系统内的PE线牢靠连接。做法参见国标《等电位联接》〔02D501-2〕接地保护TN-S系统接线示意图。防火规定12121313电缆进入沟、隧道、夹层、竖井、工作井、建筑物及配电屏、开关柜线在穿越防火分区时需承受防火隔板及防火堵料隔离承受防火隔板及防火堵料隔离。土建设计原则原始资料设定配电站的建筑物,按自然地基承载力标准值fk≧120kpa7及防烈度设计;地基处理和变电站地面标高按工程实际计算和处理。构件。配电站的地面按表6-3计算荷载:力校核。表力校核。序号接地面部位计算负荷〔1kN/㎡〕1低压屏〔柜〕52电缆沟盖板2.53搬运高压柜的走廊〔通道〕104搬运低压屏的走廊〔通道〕55掌握室46-46-4户内变电站功能室设计要求功能室名称高压配电室低压配电室、掌握室、变压室值班室电容器室建筑防二级二级
