output,butawiderangeofhardandsoftcompetenciesincludingcooperationwithteammembers,leadership,

languageproficiency,technicalskills,emotionalintelligence,creativity,andmore.

Ourresultsoffersomecomforttothetraditionalrecruiters.Aftercontrollingforage,gender,andtheyearof

study,wefoundthatgraduatesfromhigher-rankeduniversitiesperformedbetter,butonlynominallyandonlyon

somedimensionsofperformance.
