Ourresultsoffersomecomforttothetraditionalrecruiters.Aftercontrollingforage,gender,andtheyearof
study,wefoundthatgraduatesfromhigher-rankeduniversitiesperformedbetter,butonlynominallyandonlyon
somedimensionsofperformance.
