BingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV3ofMSPhascompletedthetestingofPacking(MSPP/N211002).ThetestvalidatesthatPacking(MSPP/N211002)WhichismadebyFCM(P/NM060444)andmadeupofthematerialAloymer024canbeusedinthesametypeISO10423:2009forPetroleumandnaturalgasIndustries-Drillingandproductionequipment-WellheadandChristmastreeequipmentestablishesDesignvalidationProceduresforallproducts.ThisreportsthetestproceduresusedfortheISO10423:2009AnnexF,testsonseveralgroupsofnon-metallicseals.Thereportcontainstestresultsandrecordeddataofthevarioustestparametersmeasuredduringthetests,andpresentsconclusionsofthedesignvalidationtestingperformedontheMSP/DRILEX(Shanghai)Co.,.ThetestswitnessedbyBureauVeritaswereperformedinaccordancewiththeTestProcedureSY-0160Rev.00,andthetestrequirementsofISO10423:2009,AnnexF,Thermo-chemicalperformanceofsealmaterials.ThedesignvalidationtestingwasconductedatMSP/DRILEXinShanghai.SealMaterialsInformationpleaseseeTable1-SealMaterialsInformation(Table1-15000 BatchOUTBingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV4ofTheTestcenterofMSP/DRILEXQualityManagementSystemofLaboratorieshasbeenfoundinaccordancewithISO/IEC17025:2005-RequirementsfortheCompetenceofTestingandCalibrationLaboratories.Pressuregauge,pressuretransducer,temperaturetransducerappliedinthetestarecalibratedbyshanghaiInspectionofQualityInspectionandTechnicalResearch.MeasurementsNo.calibrationdate,validitydate,measurementrangepleaseseethefollowingtable1-2,NameofNo.ofDue0-0-AlltemperatureandpressurechartrecordsshallrefertoTestProceduresectionsand,comefromcomputer;TheoriginalrecordsareverifiedandsignedbyMSP tCertifyingAuthorityuponcompletionofeachsection.PhotographallsealsandtestfixturespriortoVisualinspectionofVisualinspectionofAccordingtothetestobject,prepareonesetfixturetestequipmentforBingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV5ofTheintroductionforthemaintestcontrolcenter:d ollectionmodular,relayoutputmodular,communicationmodular,controlboard(gaug ,computer,monitorequipmentetc.)BingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV6ofmaxtemperaturesupplysystem:heatingband,automaticadjustingdevice,temperaturetransducerCoolingtemperaturewasperformedbyaddingliquidnitrogentocoolthestemsealfixtureastoachieveatemperaturerangefromroomtemperatureto-65℃.BingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV7ofPressuresupplysystem:highpressuregaspump,gascontrolledhighpressureneedlespool,calibratedpressuregauge(ludinglow/highpressure),highpressurepipeline,x-over,integratedconnector,nitrogen,pressuretransducer.Waterboxforgastestatambienttemperature:waterbox,othersupplementOthertestPressure-temperaturediagramrecorder,measurementtools,stackuptools,othersupplementequipmen.PackingFixtureTest(RefISO10423:2003AnnexIdentifytestsealsandPackingtestBingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV8ofAlltestmaterialswerereceivedsealedinseparatepackagingwithalltraceabilityinformationprovidedonthepackaging.IdentificationoftestmaterialhasbeenverifiedbyreferencetothefollowinginformationprovidedbyMSPDRILEX(SHANGHAI)Co..IdentificationoftestsealpartshasbeenverifiedbyreferencetothefollowingedinformationprovidedbyMSP.Manufacturer'scomponentpackagingidentificationpleaseseetheMaterialrFCMMaterialtype:Aloymer024Materialbatchnumber:ThetestGasPressureTestatRoomTemperature(Ref:SY-0160REV.:VER-00TeststepsasConnectedtestequipmentasperthetestApplygaspressurefromAsideto15,000AfterPressurestabilizedthenheldpressurefor15minutesOpenedthecheckvalveonCsideslowly,andthenreleasedpressureto0PSIatanominalrateof1,000psi/min.ReleasedthepressuretoApplygaspressurefromBsideto15,000gAfterpressurestablized,thenheldpressurefor15hOpenedthecheckvalveonCsideslowly,andthenreleasedpressureto0PSIatanominalrateof1,000psi/min.ReleasedthepressuretoTestresultwasaccordingtobelowAcceptanceThepressurevariationduringtheholdperiodshouldbelessthanPackingFixtureTest(Ref:SY-0160REV.:VER-00OpenthecheckvalveonAside,applypressureto300±30PSIforthepackingfixtureequipmentbythemixedgasfromAside,andthenclosethecheckvalveonAside,releasethemixedgasinthepressureline,removethemixedgasline.Heatingthepackingfixtureequipmentto121OpenthecheckvalveonBside,applypressureto15,000PSIforthepackingfixtureequipmentbythenitrogengasfromBside,temperatureshallnotfallbelow121℃orexceed132℃duringthepressurizationprocess.Afterpressurestabilization,theholdingperiodisfor160hrsintheexposureofsourgasatthe umratedtemperature.ClosethecheckvalveonBside,releasethepressureofnitrogenpressureHoldpressurefor160hafterthepressureisstable;thepressuredropshalllessBingxueWangPerISO10423:2009,AnnexBVTestBV9of500PSIduringtheholdperiod,andtemperatureshallnotfallbelow121℃orexceed132℃duringtheholdingprocess.After160hrsholdingtest,startcoolingthepackingfixtureequipmenttoambientOpenthecheckvalveonCsideslowly,andthenreleasepressureto0PSIatanominalrateof,1000PSI/min.OpenthecheckvalveonBside,applypressureto15,000PSIforthepackingfixtureequipmentbythenitrogengasfromBside.Holdpressurefor1hafterthepressureisstable;thepressuredropshalllessthan500PSIduringtheholdperiod.OpenthecheckvalveonCsideslowly,andthenreleasepressureto0PSIatanominalrateof1,000PSI/min.Coolingthepackingfixtureequipmentto-46OpenthecheckvalveonBside,applypressureto15,000PSIforthepackingfixtureequipmentbythenitrogengasfromBside,temperatureshallnotfallbelow-57℃orexceed-46℃duringthepressurizationprocess.Holdpressurefor1hafterthepressureisstable;thepressuredropshalllessthan500PSIduringtheholdperiod.0)OpenthecheckvalveonCsideslowly,andthenreleasepressureto0PSIatanominalrateof1,000PSI/min.p)Removetheoperationbox,disassembletheequipmentcap,takethespecimensoutfromtheequipment,takephotos,andaddlabelsandmarks.Andthenstorethespecimensintothefreshdieseluntilphysicalpropertiesandmechanicaltestcanbeperformed.Andthefollowingtestshouldbefinishedwithintwodays.TestingProcedure:asperSY-0160REV.:00TestRequestment:ThePackingfixtureshallmetthebelowAcceptanceDuringtheratedpressureholdperiod,thepressuredropshouldbelessthan1bar,applypressureto15,000PSIbythenitrogenfromBside,whenthepressuredropismorethan500PSI.Hightemperatureshallnotfallbelow121℃temperaturetestduration.
