一种基于多维度转换策略的家装数据可视化方法AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthehomedecorationindustry,theamountofdatarelatedtohomedecorationhasalsoincreasedsignificantly.Thevisualizationofhomedecorationdatacanhelpuserstobetterunderstandandutilizethesedata.Inthispaper,weproposeavisualizationmethodbasedonamultidimensionaltransformationstrategyforhomedecorationdata.Theproposedmethodcantransformthedatafrommultipleangles,includingstyle,color,material,function,andspace,tomeetthediverseneedsofusers.Experimentsshowthattheproposedmethodcaneffectivelyenhancethevisualqualityandusabilityofhomedecorationdatavisualization.IntroductionHomedecorationisanessentialtopicinpeople'sdailylives.Withthedevelopmentoftheinternetande-commerce,peoplecanconvenientlypurchasehomedecorationproductsandservicesonline.However,astheamountofhomedecorationdatacontinuestoincrease,itbecomesincreasinglychallengingtoprocessandanalyzethesedata.Therefore,thevisualizationofhomedecorationdataisbecomingmoreandmoreimportanttohelpusersunderstandandutilizethesedata.Inthispaper,weproposeavisualizationmethodbasedonamultidimensionaltransformationstrategyforhomedecorationdata.Theproposedmethodcantransformthedatafrommultipleangles,includingstyle,color,material,function,andspace,tomeetthediverseneedsofusers.Comparedwithtraditionalvisualizationmethods,theproposedmethodcanprovidemorecomprehensiveandflexiblevisualizationsofhomedecorationdata.RelatedWorkPreviousstudieshaveproposedvariousvisualizationmethodsforhomedecorationdata.Forexample,Wangetal.proposedavisualizationmethodforcolormatchinginhomedecoration(Wangetal.,2019).Zhangetal.proposedavisualizationmethodforfunctionalanalysisinhomedecoration(Zhangetal.,2020).However,thesemethodsonlyfocusonspecificaspectsofhomedecorationdata,andcannotprovidecomprehensivevisualizationsofhomedecorationdata.MethodologyTheproposedmethodincludesthefollowingsteps:Step1:Datapreprocessing.Thehomedecorationdataiscollectedandpreprocessed,includingdatacleaning,categorization,andfeatureextraction.Step2:Multidimensionaltransformation.Thehomedecorationdataistransformedfrommultipleangles,includingstyle,color,material,function,andspace.Specifically,thestyletransformationcanbeachievedbycategorizingthedataaccordingtodifferentstyles,suchasmodern,classic,andtraditional.Thecolortransformationcanbeachievedbydisplayingthedataindifferentcolorpalettes.Thematerialtransformationcanbeachievedbydisplayingthedataindifferenttexturesandmaterials.Thefunctiontransformationcanbeachievedbycategorizingthedataaccordingtodifferentfunctions,suchaslivingroomdecoration,bedroomdecoration,andkitchendecoration.Thespacetransformationcanbeachievedbydisplayingthedataindifferentspatialcontexts,suchasanoverallhomelayoutorindividualroomlayouts.Step3:Visualizationdesign.Basedonthetransformedhomedecorationdata,thevisualizationdesignisconductedtocreatevisualizationsthatcanmeetthediverseneedsofusers.Thevisualizationdesignincludesvisualencoding,layoutdesign,andinteractivedesign.Step4:Evaluation.Theproposedmethodisevaluatedusinguserstudiestoverifytheusabilityandeffectivenessofthevisualizations.ResultsandDiscussionTheproposedmethodwasevaluatedusinghomedecorationdatacollectedfromdifferentsources.Thevisualizationscreatedbytheproposedmethodwerecomparedwiththosecreatedbytraditionalvisualizationmethods.Theresultsshowthatcomparedwithtraditionalvisualizationmethods,theproposedmethodcanprovidemorecomprehensiveandflexiblevisualizationsofhomedecorationdata.Moreover,thevisualqualityandusabilityofthevisualizationscreatedbytheproposedmethodweresignificantlyhigherthanthosecreatedbytraditionalvisualizationmethods.ConclusionInthispaper,weproposedavisualizationmethodbasedonamultidimensionaltransformationstrategyforhomedecorationdata.Theproposedmethodcantransformthedatafrommultipleangles,includingstyle,color,material,function,andspace,tomeetthediverseneedsofusers.Theexperimentsshowthattheproposedmethodcaneffectivelyenhancethevisualqualityandusabilityofhomedecorationdatavisualization.Theproposedmethodcanbeappliedtovarioushomedecorationdata,anditisexpectedtofacilitatethedevelopmentofthehomedecorationindustry.ReferencesWang,R.,Sun,R.,&Li,L.(2019).Acolormatchingvisualizationmethodforhomedecorationbasedon
