Firstly,practicale*periencecanhelpusfindjobssuccessful.Therearetwokindsofpeople:e*periencedemployeesandcollegegraduates,ifyouareamanager,whichonedoyouprefer?Thereisnodoubtthatyouwillchoosethee*periencedemployees.Becausetheyhavemorepracticalknowledge,theyunderstandwhattheircompaniesneedsandhowtomakeprofitfortheircompanies.Somecollegegraduateshavelearnedmuchbookknowledge,buttheycan’ttakeadvantageofthesetheorieseffectively.Therefore,manycompaniesarenotwillingtoemploygraduates.Thisphenomenontellsuse*perienceismoreimportantforustofindgoodjobs.
