2.LossWorkShop

2.1.Thelosspreventmanagerofeastregion,TonyMahasmadeacontrollingplanfortheTop200highriskitem.Eachregionshouldselectoneortwostorestoexecutetheplanasexperimentstoreimmediately.TheexperimentstorelistshouldbesenttoTigerbeforetheendofApril,2009.

2.2.TigerSHIisappointedastheLossPilotRPSinEastandSouthTerritory.

2.3.Talkaboutthecontrollingpointsof“LossTop200”.Tonywillsendthefiletoeveryone.

2.4.Monitor,warningboardandthecameramustbeinstalledtogetherinthehighriskreceivingcage.Theaimistowarnthesuppliernottodisobeytherule.

3.Safety

3.1.Large-scalePromotionSafetyManagement

Manylarge-scalepromotionswillbeheldduringMay&June.AllRPSwillensurethatallstoreswillbeabletoenhancethejobofsafety&crowdmanagement.

(1)Beclearoftheprocessoftheimplementationforthelarge-scalepromotionofeachcity.

(2)AllRPSshouldcommunicatewithCCUofficiallyandtheregulationofpolicedeclarationforbigpromotionandrequestCCUtoinformRPSintimeinordertoletourstoretorespectthelaw.

(3)Allthelarge-scalepromotionsmustbereportedtothepolice.Ifthepolicerefusetheapplication,itmustreporttoH.O.intimeandH.O.willcoordinateit.

3.2.ManagementProcedureofSmokePipe

ArthurGAOwillsendthemanagementprocedureofsmokepipetoDenise.Denisewillcoordinatewiththenationalshopping-malldivisionandtheassetsdivisionandputitintheSOPascompletesthenewrelativeprocedure.

3.3.MaintenanceProcedureofSmokePipeCleaning

Eachregionshouldchecktherestaurants’smokepipeofshopping-mallandthesaladbarinstoreaccordingtotheprocedureofsmokepipe.Iffindanyproblem,correctitimmediatelyandreportittotheRPS.AndRPSshouldensurethatthereisnotanyhiddenriskinstore.Stevenwillfollowallregions.

3.4.E.P.S.QualityImplementation

Eachstore’spatrollingrouteshouldberecheckedbyRPS.Ifthepatrollingrouteisnotreasonable,makeanewreasonablepatrollingroutewithRPSstamp.

(1)AsChinaSouthisnominatedasLosspilot,TigerSHIisappointedastheLossPilotRPS.

(2)Top200HighRiskItemsProject:TheimplementationoftheTop200HighRiskitemsshouldbelaunchedimmediately.RPScanstartwith1-2trialstoresandthenspreadtheimplementationtoallstores.

4.2LossCasesSharing

(1)AndypresentedthecaseaboutstripsealofDC：DuringtheDCdelivering,thesealswerenotcorrectlyusedandsomegoodswerethieved.

(2)TigerpresentedthecaseofQibaostore,someRCYstaffcolludedwithsomeR.P.stafftothievesomeimportedgoodsanddeliveredthegoodsthroughthewindowofRCYoffice.（Tigerwillprovidesomevideoinformationofthisincident）
