therequirementondeferringthecommencementortheContractorfailstosubmittherequirementwithintheprescribedtimelimit,theProjectPeriodcannotbeextended.Underspecialcircumstances,theEmployermaynotifytheContractorinwritingtodefertheCommencementDateandtheProjectPeriodshallbeextendedaccordingly.However,theContractorwillnotmakeanyrequirementsforExpensesagainsttheEmployer.在特殊情况下，发包人可书面通知承包人推迟开工日期，工期相应顺延，但承包人不会向发包人提出任何费用要求。发包人应在开工日期前7天用书面形式向承包人发出进场通知。承包人应在合同规定的开工日期的3天前接收工地。TheEmployershallissueawrittenmove-innoticetotheContractor7daysbeforetheCommencementDate.TheContractorshalltakeovertheSite3daysbeforetheCommencementDateasstipulatedintheContract.开工日应为本协议生效日____个月之后的第___天，但C可在开工日之前开始修建进厂通道、勘探、测量和现场清理等。如果C按照第9.1款的规定开始土建工作，开工日应为C实际开始土建工作的日期，C应通知B。Thecommencementdateshallbethe____dayafter____monthsromtheEffectiveDateofthisAgreementprovidedthatCcanstartworkoraccessroad，survey，investigation，clean-upworkaroundthesite，tc.beforethecommencementdate.However，ifCcommencesconstructionorkinaccordancewiththeprovisionofClause9.1，thecommencementdatehallbethedatewhereCmateriallystartstheconstructionwork，whichhallbenotifiedtoBbyC.承包商在接到工程师有关开工的通知后，应在合理可能的情况下尽快开工，开工通知应在中标函颁发日期之后，在投标书附件中规定的期限内发出。此后，承包商应迅速且毫不迟延开始工程的施工。TheContractorshallcommencetheWorksassoonasisreasonablyafterthereceiptbyhimofanoticetothiseffectfromtheEngineer,whichnoticeshallbeissuedwithinthetimestatedintheAppendixtoTenderafterthedateoftheLetterofAcceptance.Thereafter,theContractorshallproceedwiththeWorkswithdueexpeditionandwithoutdelay.Thisprojectcontracttimelimitforaprojectis60days(calendardaybeginsfromtheoperation,itdoesnotcontaindesigntimelimitforaproject).本工程合同工期为60天（日历天从开工之日起算起，不含设计工期）2、Theoperationdate____;completiondate___.本工程开工日期____年__月__日，竣工日期____年__月___日。ThecontractordoesnotstartworkontheSiteuntilthefirstpossessiondateanddoestheworksothatCompletionisonorbeforetheCompletionDate.承包商从第一个现场占有日起开始施工作业，并应在竣工日或竣工日前竣工。开工日期是指合同资料表B中所列最迟发生的条件的事发日。如合同资料表B中未列出任何条件，则开工日为合同签订日。TheCommencementDateshallbethedateonwhichthelatestoftheeventslistedinContractScheduleBhasoccurred.IfnoeventhasbeenlistedinContractScheduleB,theCommencementDateshallbethedateofsignatureofthisContract.未满足开工条件。如项目未能根据3.2款开工，则在签订日后6个月内（或其他双方商定的时限，见合同资料表C），任何一方都可以书面通知对方终止合同。Non-occurrenceoftheCommencementDate.IftheCommencementDatehasnotoccurred,accordingtoArticle3.2,withinsix(6)monthsfromthedateofsignature(orwithinsuchothertermasmaybeagreedbetweentheParties:seeContractScheduleC),eitherPartymayterminatetheContractbywrittencommunicationtotheotherParty.TheContractorshallcommencetheWorksrightaftertheEffectiveDateaccordingtothetimescheduleasdescribedinAppendix4oftheContract.承包商须在合同生效日后，立即按照合同附件4的时间进度要求开始工作。以上各井的开工日期以经批准的开工报告日期为准，日历工期不含附属工程及堵水注浆的工期，其工期另行约定。Theapprovedstartdatei
